Southview - Suite with sea view

Southview is a boutique holiday accommodation which offers two fully self contained suites, the Seaview suite and Garden suite. We also offer our StopOver room, a room only with ensuite. All rooms are private within our family home, nestled between Sandon Point Beach and Bulli Beach, just one hour drive south of Sydney. Please note the accommodation is not the whole house. It has been rated four stars by AAA Tourism.

For a couple that want to escape then Southview is the perfect place for you to unwind and relax. Your holiday destination offers a relaxed atmosphere. It's just a 2 minute walk to Sandon Point beach and a close walk along the beach to Bulli beach.

Catch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean or perhaps a surf at Sandon Point beach which is listed as one of an Australian top surfing break. Enjoy a coastal walk or perhaps a bike ride along the beach track which goes to Wollongong and beyond. Cafes by the beach and Bulli beach pool are close by. Explore national park or local bushland, or simply chill out by our heated spa plunge pool.

Bulli is approximately an hour’s drive south of Sydney airport and is 15 minutes north of the Wollongong CBD. Originally established as a coal mining town in the 1850s, Bulli is also known as the "Black Diamond District". It is a historic part of the Northern Illawarra that enjoys pristine sunshine.

Seaview Suite
Luxurious accommodation offering spacious one bedroom with king size bed. In the private ensuite why not enjoy a bit of romance and wine in the double hydrotherapy spa bath. Wake up to the morning with ocean views from the bedroom window, feel the serenity as you hear native birds sing. Lounge room opens on to a private/bbq top deck with ocean views and mountain views. Unit includes fully equipped kitchen. Net flix and free wi-fi included.

The Seaview suite starts from $195 per night per couple in our low season. A minimum of 2 nights stay applies to the Seaview suite on the weekends. There is an extra $30 surcharge for one night stay during the week in the Seaview suite.

Children are $15 each extra per night, up to 2 children.

Garden Suite
Elegant and stylish accommodation offering one bedroom with queen bed and ensuite with shower. From the lounge large bi-fold doors open onto courtyard with water feature and private bbq. From your private courtyard relax in tranquil surroundings as you read the newspaper with a nice hot cuppa. Unit includes fully equipped kitchen.

The Garden suite starts from $175 per night per couple in our low season. A minimum of 2 nights stay applies to the Garden suite on the weekends. There is an extra $30 surcharge for one night stay during the week in the Garden suite. Children are $15 each extra per night, up to 2 children.

StopOver Room - 1 night stays available in StopOver room.
This suite is for those guests who are coming to the Illawarra for a function and need a quiet, peaceful room for one night only. Our StopOver suite measures 24 meters squared. You will be able to rest in a comfortable king size bed.There is a digital television, tea and coffee facilities and bar fridge. There is also an ensuite with all of Southview's usual amenities. The glass sliding door opens onto a small deck which overlooks the pool/spa and garden area. There are no kitchen or eating facilities. There is no cooking in this room. Several beach cafes are located within walking distance. The maximum capacity is for 2 people.

The StopOver room starts from $165 per night per couple in our low season.
