Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, between Cap d'Agde and Grau d'Agde, Villa Carla is located in a quiet residential area on a private estate.

Villa Carla is a detached, air-conditioned 45 m² F2 with a 400 m² enclosed garden, with a PRIVATE above-ground SWIMMING POOL 3.5 m in diameter and 1.20 m high.
PARKING in the gated property with its own private entrance.
Inside: Large air-conditioned living room kitchen, fitted kitchen + dishwasher, flat-screen TV, DVD player, double glazing, roller shutters...
Clic clac in living room, shower room, wc. Free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Large bedroom (20 m2) with double bed (140 cm), desk and large mirrored wardrobe. Cot and high chair available. Linen not provided.
Outside: Garden, sun loungers, garden furniture for eating outside on tiled terrace, solid BBQ (stumps offered for your grills).
Outside utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, hoover, cleaning products, etc.
Fully enclosed grounds and secure parking on the gated property (ideal for motorbikes, camper vans, cars, etc.).
Tastefully furnished villa for a couple's or family holiday in peace and quiet, with a huge choice of activities and leisure facilities in and around Cap d'Agde.
Not forgetting the charm of the fishing village of Grau d'Agde.

Maison correspondant parfaitement aux photos et description.
Située au calme. Sans vis à vis. Bonne situation avec mer et commerce très proches.
Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème.

Tout était parfait.
La maison est très propre , très bien décorée et il n'y manque rien. Elle est située au calme à 5 mn de la mer.

La maison est très propre et bien décorée. La literie est impeccable. Le jardin où vous pouvez stationner la voiture est sans vis à vis. Les fleurs donnent le ton de la région. La mer est à 500 m. La propriétaire très attentionnée. Nous recommandons cette location
