Apartment with sea view can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the top floor of a residence on 3 levels. Very bright, luxury one-story accommodation. Air conditioning / Heating. Wireless.
Beach, shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Pets are not allowed.

A large room with a wood stove, a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa, TV, VCR / DVD player, stereo.
A table for 6.
A balcony with tables and chairs for dining al fresco.
Separate fitted kitchen fully equipped with an electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer. A corner with washing machine.
Master bedroom with two separate beds and a wardrobe, a balcony, Safe.
Adjoining bathroom with bath and shower, sink, bidet and WC.
Another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Second bedroom with two separate beds and a wardrobe.
Barbecue in the residence.

I rented the unit fir 10 nights for my daughter and her two children. The unit itself was very clean and quiet and close to the beautiful Olhos de Agua beach. Checking in and out was very easy, also there were no issues. Rick was very quick to respond to questions.The building exterior railings needs painting, and building in general needs TLC. Also repairs are needed to the ceiling outside the unit door as it is a bit of an eye sore caused by severe water damage along the corridor which looks very unappealing as there are large paint peelings, patches and swells about to fall down. Management needs to be informed as they seems to be absent and therefore unaware of the damage.

Moved here from another apartment in the village. Good location and accurate apartment description. Great A/C, TV and wifi (great for me as I needed to work). Balcony gets sun from early morning until early afternoon. Only negative I feel the need to call out is that the mattresses on the beds are in need of replacing. Springs popping up making the experience not so comfortable. Maybe even some mattress toppers would help. Would be happy to stay again though.
