The swimming pool (8x4) is heated from April to October.
Internet access via wifi is included.
The villa consists of 2 separate parts, each with 2 bedrooms and its bathroom.
A large covered terrace connects everything and is the main place of life in summer, with plancha.
At the back, a very calm wooded garden allows you to rest in the shade of birch trees.
Lake Leon is 500 meters away, the Atlantic Ocean 7 km away and the forests and the coast cycle track (Vélodyssée) 150 meters from the villa.
Closest major cities: Dax, Bayonne, Biarritz, Bordeaux.
Nature, gastronomy, water sports, surfing, cycling, forest walks, beach activities, fishing are the main attractions of the region, but there are near the villa a skatepark, an equestrian center, a mini golf, a golf 18 holes, a tree-climbing and quad park, a karting, a descent in a river kayak, a paintball, swimming pools, etc ...

Perfect location, nice layout, great covered terrace and lovely pool. Days spent by the pool, cycling to the lake and visiting the local beaches. A lovely holiday stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison très bien équipée et bien placée. La piscine est top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La villa est très fonctionnelle et nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour.
Malgré quelques soucis avec la piscine en début de semaine (pompe) - avant notre arrivée -, la personne en charge de la logistique a su se montrer réactive même si nous n'avons pu profiter de la piscine qu'à partir du mercredi.
La villa est parfaite pour 2 familles avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer une bonne semaine.
Ustensiles, plancha et vélos à disposition, ce qui est très agréable.
