About this cottage rental

At the gates of Brittany, this beautiful cottage in an old renovated farm will welcome you in the quiet of the polders of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel. We can accommodate six adults and one child. The cottage is equipped with all modern conveniences (electric oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, TV (Canal + and CanalSat), WI-FI, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc ...), a private Parking is attached and a garden with table and barbecue. On the ground floor you find a large room with sitting area, fireplace, kitchen, dining area and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. We are located in La Poultière, village of the town of Roz Sur Couesnon, which by its location makes it an ideal tourist spot. You are at the heart of the bay of Mont Saint Michel, the Wonder is nearby, can be accessed through the polders (lands conquered by man of the sea for agriculture), the House Polder will explain this story exciting. Once you cross the dam last you will reach the grassy graze or Grévins (Lambs salt meadows recognizable by their black legs and head); on your right you will have an exceptional view of Mont Saint Michel and on your left you see Cancale.

We were on our way from Finistere to Paris, with a stop to see Mont-Saint-Michel. Yannick and Fina’s guest cottage was the perfect break. The village is quiet and picturesque, the cottage is well-equipped and comfortable (decorated with Fina’s paintings), and Yannick is a welcoming host. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! Bedding was great with two bedrooms and everythingyou could need for an infant/toddler. (Crib, baby bath, etc) the washer is small and the draining hose would get loose which made us watch our laundry closely to not flood the bathroom but it was nice to have both a washer and dryer! Dedicated parking space was nice but would be a tight fit for anything bigger than a small car. Hosts were very friendly and helpful! About 10 minute drive to MSM. Fabulous area and breathtaking views nearby! The spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms was fun for the kids but might be difficult for older travelers. Would stay again!

Propriétaire disponible et agréable, nous avons eu nous aussi le plaisir de goûter aux oeufs bleus. Intérieur conforme au descriptif et très bien équipé (quelques petites cuillères en plus seraient appréciées, mais les éléments mis à disposition dépassent largement ce que nous avons pu rencontrer dans d'autres gîtes). Aucun souci avec le wifi et télévision avec grand choix de chaînes, très appréciable. Mais déception sur l'extérieur mis a disposition : il faut passer par la rue -certes peu passante- pour y accéder, ressemble plus à une aire de pique nique qu'à un jardin et accès compliqué si on gare la voiture sur le parking privatif mis à disposition. Mais cet extérieur a néanmoins le mérite d'exister! Conclusion: au final un bon séjour dans une belle région

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im umgebauten "Pferdestall. Die Unterkunft besticht durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die lieben Gastegeber, die Ruhe und die gemütliche Atmosphäre. Kleine Abstriche für das nur über die (wenig befahrene) Straße begehbare und offene Gärtchen. Die Hunde mussten leider immer angeleint bleiben. Die Bucht Mont Saint Michel selbst ist einfach wunderbar. Ein Dorf hübscher als das andere und gute Badestrände sind nicht weit entfernt. Kurz: Wir kommen gerne wieder.
