Homely, fully equipped and cosy chalet

The gîte is fully equipped with lovely homely touches, really clean and comfortable and deceptively spacious. Gilles & Valerie are very helpful and there are plenty of guidebooks and leaflets in the gîte to borrow for the local area. Walks, cycle tracks, historic towns and of course the range of extinct volcanoes to explore. Rochefort Montagne, Mont-Doré and La Bourboule for food and light shopping; Clermont Ferrand for modern shopping and more historic buildings including a cathedral built from local volcanic stone. Great location in the countryside with opportunities to watch buzzards, red kites and eagles soaring overhead (they're very camera-shy!). Overall a fantastic tranquil location and temporary home.

Mooi, goed uitgerust en leuk ingericht huisje in "the middle of nowhere" en toch zijn de bezienswaardigheden in de Auvergne redelijk snel te bereiken met de auto .Mooi uitzicht op een dorpje op de tegenover liggende heuvel. Heerlijke plaats om een paar dagen te ontspannen.

Nous recommandons vraiment ce chalet. Il est très spacieux, superbement équipé que ce soit dans le mobilier, la vaisselle et autres. Son emplacement, permet de visiter sans trop de kms les alentours (fabrique de St Nectaire, Vulcania, le puy de Dômes de jolis villages comme Orcival et sa basilique, le centre Terre Alta et le lac de Guery)Ce fut notre programme de semaine avec nos petits enfants. Notre Hôtesse est accueillante disponible et de bons conseils. Nous louons depuis de nombreuses années avec nos petits enfants. Ce lieu est vraiment au top de nos expériences

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et ce petit bijou de chalet. Propre, spacieux et conforme au descriptif publié. Très bien centré pour faire des balades dans une merveilleuse campagne quelque peu agitée en cette période de l'année ….même par une température caniculaire ! Notons encore que la propriétaire est très aimable et accueillante.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce chalet, propre et spacieux, je le recommande à tous, la propriétaire est très sympas. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de choses à faire dans cette belle region de l Auvergne et ce chalet est idéalement situé. Pour passer des vacances reposante et agréable nous reviendrons sans hésitez.

Sympathique séjour au pays des volcans ! Le chalet est agréable, confortable et bien agencé. Nous sommes venus à 4 ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Le gîte est assez grand pour 6 sans soucis. Nombreuses activités dans le coin. Le Puy de Dôme est vraiment à faire ! La réputation des fromages est également à la hauteur ! Vacances dans une belle campagne, reposant.

Le chalet est idéalement situé, au calme, très fonctionnel, bien équipé (même la vaisselle est agréable), doté d'un coin bibliothèque avec beaucoup d'informations sur les lieux à visiter, des cartes de randonnée et même des jeux de société... Nous avons passé une semaine idéale avec nos trois enfants. On recommande vivement !
