18 km from Millau. House for 4 people recently restored, located in the heart of the village of Saint Rome de Tarn, all shops. Terrace of 20m ² with barbecue, living room of garden, parasol and a garden of 20m ².
On the ground floor: kitchen / living room, all comfort: microwave, oven, induction, 2 sofas including a sofa, TV, a toilet.
On the floor: 1 room 1 bed 140 and 1 corner night with window, a door and 2 beds 80 not superposed, a room of water with TOILET and a washing machine. Attention entrance of the narrow shower. The accommodation has been rated 2 stars for 4 people but a very good 2 by the tourist agency.
Electric heating in all rooms.
Rental all year from Saturday to Saturday. No rental for a weekend.

Petite maison dans un village typique Aveyronnais. Très bien situé, à proximité d'une boulangerie,une épicerie,d'un restaurant et d'une base nautique.Balade à pied dans le village très agréable et reposant.
Maison très bien équipée et bien fraîche ( nous étions en séjour en pleine canicule)
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil . la propriétaire ainsi que sa maman ont été de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir sans la canicule pour y faire de la randonnée.

Nous avons profité de cette location très bien situé et agréable. Très bien rénové avec tout le conforme pour avoir des vacances réussies.
Ell se trouve déjà dans une commune qui a su gardé un certain caché du moyen âge. Des jeux pour enfants dont à proximité de la location. Nous avons été enchanté de la région en général. Je recommande cette location.
