### The Chalet

Located on the second floor of the residence and accessible by lift or stairs, Chalet Sabot offers approximately 115m² of accommodation.

The chalet features a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, providing a comfortable space for the whole group to relax together after a day on the mountain.

All five bedrooms can be configured with either a double bed or twin beds, making the chalet a great option for both families and groups of friends.

From the building's ski room, guests have **direct access to a blue piste** leading down towards the centre of Val Thorens and the main ski lifts. This means you can start and finish your ski day without needing to take a shuttle bus.

The chalet is situated **right in the centre of Val Thorens**, just behind the main square. Restaurants, bars, shops and other resort amenities are all within a few minutes' walk.

For skiing, the location couldn't be much more convenient. A piste runs directly alongside the residence and can be accessed from the building's ski room. This blue piste leads directly down towards the centre of the resort and the main ski lifts.

The ski school meeting point is approximately 2 minutes' walk away, while ski hire shops can be reached in around 3 minutes.
