Large and beautiful apartment of 47 m2, fully insulated and recently renovated (2014), character furniture, accommodating up to 6 occupants, on the ground floor south of a small, quiet 1-storey residence located in the resort center and close to all amenities (shops, restaurant, cinema, swimming pool, crèche, skating rink and access to the slopes).
The accommodation consists of 2 main rooms + sleeping area + kitchenette + bathroom.
2 bunk beds (with duvets + extra blankets) of 80 X 190 and 2 storage cupboards make up the heated sleeping alcove.
A bedroom of almost 15 m2 is equipped with a 140 cm low bed (including duvets + extra blanket) and its bedside tables, 2 "sofa" armchairs, a chest of drawers and storage cupboard, all decorated with 'a flat screen 24'.
In the kitchenette open to the living room, you will have a fridge with 4 * 17-liter "freezing" compartment, dishwasher, 3 vitroceram hotplates, roasting pan, microwave, coffee makers (including 1 Nespresso capsules not provided), grill -Pain ... etc.
The living room with a 140 "Bed Express" sofa (including duvet + extra blanket) surrounded by a coffee table and a "sofa" armchair, receives a "dining area" of respectable dimensions and a sideboard low as well as a 32 'flat screen.
IMPORTANT: Due to the configuration of the beds (double and / or bunk beds), the rental of the apartment is mainly intended for families with children and / or teenagers, 4 adults maximum.
Finally the modern bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower, a washbasin on furniture, WC and heated towel rail.
To complete and improve your comfort, you will also have a table and four terrace chairs as well as 2 sun loungers.
On request, you can take advantage of the use of a free covered car park. We provide end-of-stay cleaning (70 euros payable jointly with the "linen pack" on your arrival).
The apartment has a free and unlimited internet connection (ethernet cable not provided or WiFi) and a restricted-use telephone handset with the number +33 4 76 79 67 69. PLEASE NOTE: "I do not download illegally". ..
The "Jeannot Sport" store located at the top of the station (to the right of the access to the DMC cabins), by asking Nicolas or Romain (+33476806241), will allow you to rent or buy equipment with an attractive discount.
IMPORTANT
Any modification of stay occurring after final reservation may give rise to a revision of the tariff in force or even the cancellation of the stay.
The "linen pack" provided for 15, euro per person consists of sheets, pillowcases, hand towels (2), bath mats and kitchen towels (2); this service is payable jointly with the "end of stay cleaning" on your arrival.
A deposit of 500, euros will be requested upon entering the premises and returned upon your departure subject to no complaint from us.
