الموقع قريب من كل الخدمات العماره فيها سكورتي على مدار 24 ساعه أمان بعد الله أقمت 13 ليله مع أطفالي كاني في بيتي يعلم الله وشكر خاص للأستاذ زياد ولنا رجعه ثانيه بإذن الله عندك الله يعطيك العافيه ما قصرت

الموقع ممتاز والشقه مطابقه للصور وقمه في النظافه والترتيب خدمه الواي فاي ممتازه وتوفر نتفلكس وبرايم في قنوات التلفاز وتعامل صاحب الشقه قمه في الذوق والأخلاق وسرعه الاستجابه

البنايه قديمه ولكن الشقه مجدده بالكامل

كل شي جميل وقريبة من الخدمات ونظيفة وهدوء

The host was supportive and helpful even before we arrived at the premise. They kept communicating with us even while he was on travel. Thanks also for the welcome drink and sweets. The location was close to the main attractions in Cairo City and there were many nearby cafes and restaurants. The receptionists at entrance were welcoming and friendly.

To be honest, the apartment is old, far from luxury and far below our expectation. Even though the host sent some photos for the flat prior to arrival, I think they were not reflecting the reality. The master bedroom wheel was rolling and not stable at all. The apartment was not cleaned well and the beds sheets were a bit dusty and stinky. I reported that to the building management and eventually we were offered to move to other flat downstairs. It was better than what we had booked initially but still found to be unclean and perhaps, because they were not expecting us to stay there. So the host thankfully arranged a cleaner two days later and got it cleaned, with the beds being washed.
