Very groomed and professional staff. Good location. Very well designed spacious apartments, especially Lounges are very spacious
The Foreign staff at reception needs replacement. It's difficult to get things comprehended, despite their good English and best of their hospitality, and the urge to serve. I think generation gap leaving impact

The rooms were huge and clean. Special mention to Ms Maritess who was very attentive to our requests and greeted us with a smile.
The electric stove was outdated and it takes time for us to cook
