Large south and west facing terrace with stunning sea views. Private garden of 400 m2. Not overlooked.

In a preserved greenery, sea and mountains, Villa 'Maquis Sea and is only 160 meters as the crow flies from a wonderful beach of fine sand and rocks.
The garden around the villa is a haven of rest and relaxation. Olive trees, oaks, arbutus, junipers, heather, mastic and scrub plants have been preserved.
Large tiled terraces on one level with the living room used to take his meals facing the sea, and rest among the vegetation.
The kitchen, new, finishes and neat decoration, is of great comfort. A large bay in the living room also enjoy sea views during your lunch inside the villa.

La villa de Martine et Jean Pierre est simplement idéale.
Tout débute par un accueil chaleureux, une visite des lieux et nombre de bons conseils sur la région. Dans la villa, on trouve tout le confort nécessaire.
L'émerveillement continue avec la découverte de la vue imprenable sur le golfe du Valinco. Depuis la villa, les criques magnifiques sont à 5 min à pied.
L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner sur la région pour les plages, le tourisme et la randonnée.

Perfekte Lage. Suuper Austattung. Top modern auf höchstem Standard und super nette Vermieter. Sehensweter Strand. Der Ausblick auf den Bildern ist genau so. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Tout ce qui est écrit est vrai... Nous avons passé 12 jours merveilleux, face au golfe to Valinco.
Martine et Jean-Pierre sont des hôtes parfaits, discrets mais toujours là quand on a besoin d'eux. La maison est toute neuve, très spacieuse, d'une propreté immaculée. La cuisine est très bien équipée, avec un excellent électro-ménager.
On ne se lasse pas d'admirer la vue sur la mer et les montagnes.
Le tout au milieu d'un superbe jardin, entouré de maquis, sans voisins immédiats, et donc vraiment calme.
La plage est très proche, avec juste une petite route à traverser et (en tous cas au mois de mai), quasiment déserte.
Voiture indispensable pour aller faire ses courses.

Nous vous recommandons tout particulièrement cette villa et pour de multiples raisons : accueil chaleureux , vue imprenable, villa confortable avec des espaces , grande propreté ! Tout y est . Espérant revenir bientôt.
