Ground floor: living room with sofa bed opening onto the terrace, kitchen, toilet with sink.
floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 to two single beds, shower room and sink.
House located in residential and quiet area, facing south and southwest with terrace and fully enclosed courtyard, possibility of bringing a car. Very nice promenade by the sea.
Terrace with exotic wood table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue.
This house is ideally located between the beach center and the port, 20 meters to be on the sand.
Shops and restaurants 5 minutes' walk away, beach center 500 m, port 200 m.
A deposit of 500 euros will be required at the entrance to the premises, it will not be cashed and returned (7 or 14 days maximum) in the event of non-damage.

Maison idéalement située dans un endroit arboré à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage et près du port avec restaurants, commerces et vente quotidienne
le matin de la pêche du jour.
Elle est spacieuse, confortable, bonne literie, très propre, avec tout le linge de maison nécessaire et une cuisine équipée de nombreux ustensiles. On peut également profiter d'une belle terrasse isolée des regards avec de nombreux équipements de détente.
L'hôte est très sympathique et toujours disponible
Très bon séjour pour trois générations de quatre adultes et deux très jeunes enfants.

Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines en famille dans cette maison idéalement située à 2 pas de la plage et 3 du petit port d'Argelès.

The property is in a wonderful location, just 50 metres from the beach and very near the port with it's excellent selection of restaurants. Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of fresh linen and a lovely secluded patio with plenty of outdoor seating.
The owner of the property, Catherine, was extremely welcoming and helpful. She made sure there was a stock of leaflets and maps of the area, providing English versions where available. She also provided details and locations of all the local markets for us.
The property is an excellent base to explore the area, very central yet in a peaceful location. The local $1 Euro bus service is a great way to get around and there are a choice of bus-stops near the property which means you do not need to hire a car.
