Weekly rental from June 1 to October 15.
This house is located in the park of one of the oldest houses in the village.
Ideal house for 4 people, possibility of accommodating 6 people.

-Entry with staircase serving
upstairs.
-Cooked:
• 1 electric oven, 4 hot plates
gas cooking.
• 1 refrigerator with
freezer (200l)
• 1 microwave oven, 1 washing machine
dishes, 1 washing machine,
• 1 kettle and 1 coffee maker.
-Dining room:
• 1 large table and chairs,
• 1 sideboard containing
all the dishes.
-Living room:
• 1 convertible sofa
(140✕190), 2 armchairs
• 1 television, 1 coffee table.
-Floor:
-1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90✕200) and
• 1 sofa bed (90✕200) with
drawer bed (90✕200) allowing
2 extra beds.
• Possibility of a cot.
-1 bedroom with 2 twin beds
(80✕200)
-a bathroom.
-Independent WC.
Included: Wifi and linens.
-Secured heated pool
with barrier and rolling shutter
- Loan of bikes possible.
Outside:
-Large terrace with swimming pool.
Situation
- 300m from the village center.
-Close to all shops.
-30mn from Montpellier and
Nimes.
-20km from the beaches.
-We can not
unfortunately not accept
people with mobility

Luc & Renée were the most considerate and charming of hosts. We were free to roam their vineyard with our dogs. Choose dates carefully to avoid seasonal Mistral winds. Great location to explore Camargue with excellent visits. Downside, only one toilet .

Les propriétaires du gîtes sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons logé dans une superbe bâtisse, à deux pas du village de Saint Laurent au calme. Magnifique terrasse à l'ombre d'un platane centenaire.

Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et à l'écoute tout en étant discrets. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et tout l'équipement est présent. La literie est excellente ce qui est rare en location.
La propriété est calme et emplacement voiture à l'ombre !
Visites à plusieurs reprises d'écureuils. Belle terrasse et piscine.
Toute la famille (3 adultes) a apprécié le séjour.

Très belle maison situé en toute sécurité dans un domaine privé avec des propriétaires sympathiques, disponibles et discrets.Tout le confort en équipements est présent.
Le centre ville est charmant et l'accès à la côte est bien desservi.
Nous avons passé avec nos 3 filles (11ans,15ans et 17ans)un très bon séjour.
