Beautiful furnished duplex in residence with pool access, barbecue, griddle, bar and pool, terrace and courtyard garden + secure parking in the basement.

Just 15 minutes from the beaches of the southern capital.
Its location is in the 'hills' (600 m) and allows you to enjoy day or night with a pleasantly more temperate climate than the coastal heat or cool tops.

La location était parfaite pour la famille 1couple avec 2enfants de 6et 8ans.Notre autre était agréable, il nous à mis à l'aise.Il n'est pas impossible qu'ont n'y retourne en cours d'année. Merci au propriétaire.
