This was a perfect apartment for our three families. Great location, close to slopes, ski hire shop and mini supermarket. The apartment itself was clean, spacious with plenty of room for everyone to sit, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good showers. We hope to return. Merci Benoit!

Comfortable well equipped chalet. We were a group of 8. Plenty of room for socialising together. This might be tight if the chalet was full. Watch out for the steep staircase and low ceilings upstairs. These would be better as children’s rooms rather than for adults.

10 of us stayed in the property over the February half term. 5 adults 5 teenagers. The apartment had plenty of space for us all. The location is good. Be prepared for a lot of steps to get into Méribel Moteret. OK going down but quite a trek back up. There is a supermarket up the hill which is much easier to access and has lovely fresh bread each morning. My only criticism for this property is that it could do with a really good clean. Especially the kitchen cupboards, many of which have items left behind by previous renters or maybe the owner. Far too many unusable kitchen gadgets too which take up space. The triple bedroom also needed a good tidy out. All that said, we did have a great time and the location in the 3 vallies was excellent. We found the owner helpful and his communication punctual. We would easily upgrade the star rating to 4 had the apartment been cleaner.

12 of us had a wonderful week skiing and staying in this apartment. It is comfortable and warm, and furnished in a traditional style. The bathroom fittings seem quite new and modern - the shower downstairs is a joy (I didn't try the other). The kitchen area is particularly well-supplied with copious quantities of crockery, and just about anything you might think you need, with both a large and a standard fridge, and a separate small freezer. There is plenty of space for everyone in the lounge and dining area, and more space upstairs on the mezzanine where there is a TV (though we didn't use this). The balcony is large and the view is as in the photos - just lovely. The block itself is 120 m from the slope, from which point you can ski in/out. We preferred to use the main entrance and pass through the car park, as this involved the least climbing / descending of steps. The alternative is to leave from the boot room door and head upwards - the walking distance is the same. There are a couple of lockable ski lockers in the very large and airy boot room, and though the boot pegs are unheated plain wood, my ski boots were always dry in the morning. Lastly, I recommend the owners who are excellent with their communication and information.

...and this time in English: We have (as we predicted after an equally fantastic holiday last year) returned for a second stay in this unique apartment. There are no other properties we have found over the years that are so well situated for the slopes and amenities, yet at the same time combine such a high degree of privacy (6 separate double/twin bedrooms; 3 bathrooms, 3 loos) with such excellent conviviality (copious equipment; huge dining table; vast living area; substantial balcony). We will return...! Very many thanks!!

Bel appartement, bien équipé pour 13 personnes, sur les hauteurs de Motaret. Impeccable pour groupe nombreux ou multi-familial (notre cas), d'autant que l'accès à l'appart se fait par code (pas besoin de clefs). Immeuble calme. Grand casier à ski, y compris pour les chaussures. Seul défaut : l'accès à ski au coeur de la station (et aux cours) ne convient pas aux débutants, l'accès en voiture ou en navette exige quelques escaliers et pentes.

Séjour trés agréable dans ce grand appartement. 2 familles avec Enfants. L'appartement est bien équipé et orienté au soleil. Accès à Ski des pistes jusqu'au cassier à ski. Les salles de bains sont propres et bien aménagées. Grande chambre pour les enfants au fond où ils peuvent jouer tranquillement. Chambres de l'étage pratiques avec de nombreux rangements. A recommander pour vacances en familles nombreuses ou à plusieurs couples.
