La maison est conforme à l'annonce. C'est une maison idéale pour un séjour estival (piscine, terrasse, grand jardin fermé, climatisation dans la chambre parentale et salon etc). Le quartier est très calme. Nous avons été agréablement séduits par la fonctionnalité et la propreté du logement. De plus, malgré la chaleur, il est facilement possible de maintenir la maison au frais.
De surcroît, Merignac est une commune agréable, qui permet d'allier la ville (Bordeaux rapidement accessible en voiture/tram) et océan ou bassin.
Enfin Florence et son mari, se sont montrés très disponibles, à l'écoute et réactifs.

maison très agréable et aménagée du bon goût . grande piscine (chauffée) , jardin spacieux , terrasse étendue . bordeaux 20 min , centre commercial 5 min ... propriétaires très sympa !
une maison de vacances qui ne laisse rien à desirer - à recommander !
(nous étions 7 adultes transgénérationnels avec un chien)

Piscine peu chauffée
En résumé il faut mieux être électricien et piscines
Tous ces problemes sont dus au manque d entretien régulier d ou notre déception
Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé
