A notre arrivée l’appartement était sale, l’évier de la cuisine était bouché, la plaque de cuisson était sale, la vaisselle n’était pas rangée, et une chevelure entière dans la bonde de douche. Très déçus de l’état de l’appartement car nous ne venons pas en vacances pour passer autant de temps à faire le ménage. Ça ne vaut pas le prix de la prestation. On ne peut pas tout miser sur le simple qu’il soit placé au meilleur endroit de la station.

Bonjour, Très mécontent sur le fonctionnement de la remise des clés. Le solde du règlement a été effectué le 7 juin et les clés m'ont été envoyées par la poste le 16 juin et reçues le 20 juin pour une nuit au 21 juin. Impossible donc de récupérer ces clés étant donné que je partais le 16 juin. Il a donc fallu que je m'arrange avec le propriétaire pour récupérer un autre trousseau de clés en passant les chercher chez lui. Ce qui m'a obligé à faire un détour sur le chemin de mes vacances. Si je n'avais pas trouvé de solution le propriétaire ne me proposait rien, me disant que c'était bien dommage pour moi mais qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. Il est pourtant responsable de ce malentendu, ayant envoyé les clés tardivement alors qu'il doit les envoyer des paiement du solde. Ce qu'il a bien voulu reconnaître bien après. Il avait tout simplement oublié de les envoyer. Merci de regarder ce dossier et de faire le nécessaire pour éviter que ce mécontentement se renouvelle. J'attends de vous un geste commercial pour me dédommager des frais occasionnés par le détour effectué pour récupérer les clés.

dans l’annonce il est fait mention d’un appartement hors c’est un studio. Il est fait mention de deux chambres, il n’y a aucune chambre. Deux lits superposés dans une minuscule entrée et des couchages dans la pièce de vie. Je trouve qu'il y a tromperie.
