About this house rental
Holidays in the Mediterranean on the outskirts of Toulon above the beaches surrounded by greenery, in a charming 1900 villa with sea view (refurbished in 2017).
Two double bedrooms (one on the small garden and one on the large terrace on the first), a sofa-bed in the living room, bathroom wc, kitchen. Comfort.
Access on foot via the customs path which leads to the sea and serves 50 m below two sunny beaches.
An authentic Mediterranean holiday, to swim, fish, dive and relax in a natural setting. On foot in the neighborhood: 3 restaurants, a bakery and a Pizzeria to take away. 500m supermarket.
Further, from 3 to 20 km by bus, car or boat: the Rade de Toulon, the peninsula St Mandrier, Le Mont Faron and its Zoo at the top of the mountains, Ile de Porquerolle, Ile du Levant. In Toulon, 3 km away, the large Mourillon beaches (entertainment, water sports restaurants) and the typical Toulon market, accessible by bus. 15km away, Hyères airport.
Table linen, sheets and towels are not included.

We had a very nice vacation in this lovely little house. The children enjoyed the bedroom of the upper floor very much because there was much space for them to play. Next to the property is a strongly frequented pedestrian walkway. Sometimes is is used by motor scooters as well, so it is not the most quiet place on earth but it was not as much that it disturbed us at night. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. We had very tasty food from the bakery and the pizzaria nearby. Our contact person took care of our requests very quickly.

Le volume de la résidence est bien.
Mais les abords laissent à désirer, pas de revêtement en dur aux abords de la résidence. Ce n’est pas évident de maintenir la maisonnette propre.
Concernant le parking, vu l’affluence des deux plages à proximité, il est très difficile de se garer.
