Very nice two-room apartment in Duplex (2-5 persons) of 60 m2 in a residence with private pool, garden view and coconut before the marina of St. Francis and the golf course internationnal including:
- An air conditioned room of 14 m2 mezzanine with a double bed
2 places with storage cupboard and a small bed 1 place
- A living room of 26 m2 with 2 beds 1
- Bathroom with toilet
- A kitchen with a veranda equipped (electric hob, mini oven and microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker juicer toaster ...) located on a terrace kitchen redone in late January 2015toute equipped. Air conditioning up and changed new low end of January 2015. Mosquito nets installed. Soon rated 2 or 3 stars hotel classification.
Centrally located, avenue de l'Europe, spacious, quiet, comfortable, do not hesitate to look on the internet the numerous pictures of the residence! near white sand beach with stunning lagoon and marina (direct access to 20m), International Golf 18 hole Robert Trent Jones, shops, casino, shops. Downtown with local market nearby, This in a dream location for a dream holiday !!!Ideally located, Discount for length and timing.

Appartement spacieux , confortable et fonctionnel, très bien entretenu .
L accueil a été très chaleureux .
Sa situation en face du golf , à proximité de la belle plage de l Anse Champagne , et de toutes commodités ( restaurants de la marina, supermarché...) , en fait un lieu idéal de villégiature, même sans véhicule.
Sans oublier la belle piscine de la résidence , très bien entretenue.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , et conseillons cette location sans aucune hésitation à nos amis .

ous étions une famille composée d'un couple et 2 enfants.
Points forts de l'appartement : situation géographique proche des commerces, de la marina. Piscine dans la résidence. Equipements plutot complets et récents (manquent stores dans mezzanine et étandages)
Points faibles : il n'y a qu'une seule pièce pour dormir avec une mezzanine qui communique et pas d'autre pièce à vivre (c'est un T1 pour 5 personnes en fait). Présence des moteurs des climatiseurs dans la véranda/cuisine (=> Chaleur et nuisance sonore)
En synthèse, produit moyen compte-tenu du prix pratiqué.
Par ailleurs, la plage à proximité de la résidence a été durant nos 9 jours de vacances occupée par des amoncellements d'algues non ramassées par la commune. Bref, impratiquable malheureusement.
