About this cottage rental
Lodging in the heart of Champagne in an old farm of the eighteenth. This accommodation is close to Epernay (13kms), Chalons en Champagne (17km) and Reims (30kms).
This detached house is equipped on the ground floor of a kitchen, a large living room (50m²) with fireplace and a toilet. Upstairs: 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 bed 160 cm), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
There is a garden, the quiet and the pool (in summer).
Guests have use of a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The mandatory household expenses are to be paid directly on arrival: 70 €;
A deposit will also be requested upon arrival and returned on departure;

We had a lovely relaxing stay here with our daughter, son in law and grandsons. It’s appeal was the enclosed garden with pool in a quiet location although it is only 15 minutes from Epernay, 40 minutes from Reims and 90 minutes from Disneyland Paris. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and also on site if you needed anything.

We had a wonderful week in Gite Athis. The guesthouse is a large accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside was a beautiful garden and a pleasant swimming pool. It was clean and quiet. Olivier and Francoise were very nice hosts. The WiFi was great: good enough for streaming videos, Netflix, etc. The only thing missing, in the living room: a comfortable sofa.

I can highly recommend this wonderful house in Athis in champagne. Beautiful garden, very nice rooms in the house and great pool, which both kids and adults enjoyed a lot. Living room is less cozy, but we eat outside every day.
Very friendly owner of the house, who helped when needed.
The garden/house is like a small oasis in a small village, fine suited for trips round in Champagne, but there is nothing in the city itself (no shops or restaurants, just a small bakery), so you have to drive to everything. Although very nice experience to celebrate national day fireworks (July 14th) with the entire village - really impressive.
