About this chalet rental
The rental is located 1 kilometer from the Plateau d'Assy in a hamlet of about ten houses accessible via a small road reserved for residents (very quiet). Parking is available in front of the cottage on private property or in the locked garage below it. There are extensive meadow areas surrounding the rental, which consists of two rooms, each 15 m². The bedroom features an enclosed bathroom with a tub-shower and toilet; the living area includes an open kitchen, a sleeper sofa, a dining table, a small loft with two mattresses on the floor (not enough headroom to stand up), all opening through a floor-to-ceiling window onto a 20 m² south-facing terrace with a breathtaking nearly 180° view (Mont Blanc, Aravis, Saint-Gervais, Megève, Combloux).

Myself and my wife and 2 dogs had a wonderful week in Passy. The owners of the chalet Nadine and Claude were the most lovliest of couples really friendly and we knew they were there if we needed them. The chalet was beautiful ,clean cosy and had the most amazing view of mont Blanc . I sat out on the terrace for hours. We will definitely be back.

Dans le haut de Passy, environnement au top, sans aucun vis à vis, au calme, avec vue sur massif du Mt Blanc.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et serviables. Ils nous ont très bien renseignés sur les visites à faire ainsi que sur les différentes randonnées.

On frôle l'excellence. La vue imprenable sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc et des Aravis. On ne s'en lasse pas. C'est géant, impressionnant.
Que dire du calme. Seul le chant des oiseaux vient vous "importuner". Si vous êtes stessé, alors venez vous ressourcer ici.
Et que dire aussi de la gentillesse de Nadine et Claude, les propriétaires. Ils sont simples, gentils, serviables et il n'ont qu'un objectif : le bien être de leur hôtes.
Allez y les yeux fermés.
