About this apartment rental
A spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay, ideal for a pleasant vacation (trampoline, pétanque court, ping-pong table, swings) in the heart of the Alps, whether in winter or summer.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to hiking trails (suitable for families and mountain biking) and the brand-new lake inaugurated in July 2023, where you can swim and enjoy a tree-top adventure course.
Access to the base of the slopes in the Espace Diamant and Val d’Arly ski areas (ESF, lift ticket offices, children’s play area) is just 100 meters from the chalet.
In winter, you can set out and return directly on foot from the chalet for your downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, or sledding adventures.
The village center is a 1-kilometer walk away (bakery, restaurants, tobacco and newsstand, shops selling Savoyard and Italian specialties, etc.). The village of Praz-sur-Arly also has an Intermarché and a large organic supermarket (Les Comptoirs de la Bio).
A 10-minute ride away is the village of Megève (swimming pool, movie theater, ice rink, spa, fine-dining restaurants, etc.).
In 45 minutes by public transportation, you can also reach Chamonix, located at the foot of Mont Blanc. And in one hour, you can get to Annecy, known as the "Little Venice of the Alps."

We had 2 wonderful weeks at Josiane & Christian’s beautiful cottage. Every detail in the house is special and the flowers in the garden incredible. The kitchen is very well equipped! It’s surrounded by mountains and hikes just out the door, beautiful garden for outside meals, reading and relaxing, the kids enjoyed the garden. Minutes walking to downtown, river or lake! We loved our days there and the hosts were very warm and full of tips for exploring the area and other towns! We will be back, merci beaucop!

Grand confort, belle pièce à vivre pour les retours de ski, joli décor de montagne, la tranquillité assurée, propreté irréprochable, on se sent chez soi ... Un immense merci aux propriétaires pour leur bienveillance !

Propriétaire sympathique et accueillant, le chalet est fonctionnel et c'est très pratique d'être au pied des pistes avec une famille nombreuse. Nous reviendrons sans hesiter.

Chalet très bien situé, proche des pistes et très bien équipé (il ne manque rien).
Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et de très bonnes vacances.
