About this cottage rental
Located in the center of Alsace in the Val de Villé, an old winegrower's farm from 1725, independent from that of the owner, restored with charm and taste opens its doors to you in an authentic atmosphere.
Half-timbering, woodwork, cut stone, period furniture denote the atmosphere of this charming house.
10 minutes from the famous Alsace wine route and its charming colorful villages, at the foot of Haut Koenigsbourg and halfway between Strasbourg (45km) and Colmar (30km), we will welcome you for a stay in a region predestined in rest, hiking in beautiful forests or excursions and visits to the many museums in the region (Unterlinden, Automobiles, Europapark, etc.)
Our house is located in the heart of a small village in the middle of the mountain, calm without any major traffic, in which you will find nearby (less than 1 km) all useful shops as well as doctors and pharmacies.
For those nostalgic for music of yesteryear, we also have on site our private museum of "mechanical music" (barrel organs, etc.), as well as a folk art museum to show you around, or offer you a hike ( accompanied) on donkeys (for children) and thus discover the charms of our forests!
And if at the end of the day of visits or other hikes, nothing better than to take full advantage of our SPA, at your disposal!

We has a very comfortable week in this lovely home.
Full of interesting personal historic items.
A visit to the private museum was a highlight - sorry for my terrible waltzing!!
Ideally situated for winter activities with a huge hot tub to relax in post exercise.
Bernard was the perfect host.
