Basse Terre, along the Leeward Coast, between Deshaies and Pointe-Noire, this villa of 120m2 on a plot of 1000m2 has 3 large bedrooms each with bathroom and toilet, a living room open a terrace facing the Caribbean sea, breathtaking view of 180 °, 300m from the Leroux beach, shady and family, preserved from Sargassum algae. Large living room (50 m2) with kitchen, dining room, lounge. Traditional construction in red wood, natural ventilation, comfortable. Beautiful landscaped tropical garden. Residential, quiet and green (tropical vegetation), ideal climate, 100 m above sea level. Decorated with care, can accommodate 2 to 6 people - 1 bedroom with 160 bed - 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds 90. All equipped with mosquito net, fan, bath-tub, toilet, hair dryer. Mezzanine with sofa and cot.

Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour : qualité du logement ( superbe et vaste maison créole , équipements ménagers top , qualité de la literie , terrasse magnifique.. ) , situation au calme dans une zone résidentielle , proximité de la plage trés propre etc....et qui plus est un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un groupe de 6 personnes
