About this chalet rental
Equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, 1 fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue service, blender, waffle maker.
Living room with sofa bed, television, stereo CD player,
Bedrooms :
Master bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm double bed.
Room on the 1st floor sleeps 6 with balcony overlooking the valley: 2 double 140 cm beds and 2 single 90 cm beds. A baby bed.
Bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin. WC
Garage with 1 fridge freezer and a washing machine, which can house a car and bikes.
Garden surrounding the chalet, terrace with garden furniture, relax and gas barbecue.
Courtyard with gate to park 3 cars.
Located in a dead end without traffic, 5 minutes from the city center.
Heating by electric convectors and pellet stove.

Embrunman, long distance triathlon on August 15th. The chalet is located on the Embrunman bike path.

Water sports on the water: windsurfing, towed buoys, rowing, pedal boats ..., water games
At Serre Ponçon lake: motor boat rental, commented lake tour.
Swimming pool and beach of the lake.
Walking and cycling around the secure body of water without a car for all ages and numerous circuits around.
Possibility of climbing, paragliding, quad biking
Traditional cheese dairy, hot spring, Vauban fort at Mont Dauphin, marmot trail 15 minutes away.
Located 25 minutes from Orres (ski), 40 minutes from Vars (ski) and 40 km from Briançon. During the snow season, shuttle bus from Embrun to Les Orres station.
Many cross-country skiing and snowshoeing possibilities: Crevoux, Le Queyras, Cap Bayard, Champsaur ...
The road to access the chalet is cleared of snow in winter.
Market in Embrun on Wednesday and Saturday, served by a free shuttle in summer with stop near the Chalet.
Sheets and household linen are not provided. Sheets rental optional 15 euros per bed.
Optional cleaning otherwise it must be done before departure.
For stays of less than a week during long weekends and weekends, contact the owner.

ce chalet est très bien placé, à 2 km du centre ville d'Embrun, au calme avec une jolie vue dégagée sur les montagnes, à 1000 m d'altitude, garantissant des nuits fraîches. Bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un séjour très confortable

Chalet spacieux, confortable, bien situé à 5 min en voiture du centre d’Embrun (env 20 min à pied), idéal pour randonner en étoile dans la région. Voisin très sympa et accueillant.
Extérieur au top pour les petits déjeuners au soleil et les diners entre amis.
Garage bien pratique pour entreposer des affaires.
Attention, en étant nombreux (par ex. de 6 à 8) une seule douche et un seul wc et un escalier qui grince pour les gens qui se lèvent la nuit ...

Chalet parfaitement situé et doté d'une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. Ce chalet est meublé avec gout et très bien équipé. Un lave vaisselle a été installé et la cuisine a été repensée ce qui la rend plus fonctionnelle. Yannick Laurette
