About this villa rental
Need of holidays? Come and relax in this superb villa of 250m² without any opposite.
Located only 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches.
You will find quality services and something to entertain you throughout your stay.
You will have an indoor swimming pool (7x3) heated to 28 degrees, an infrared sauna that can accommodate 2 people, a spa for 5 people (water change before your arrival).
Large terrace equipped with a bar, plancha, bbq, fitted kitchen, living room ...
Palm trees, pétanque court, ping-pong table, hammock, deckchairs ... are waiting for you!
Inside, a large living room with connected TV.

1 Large bedroom with 180x200 bed, Italian shower, dressing table, double sink
1 bedroom with 140x200 bed, an Italian shower and a basin.
1 bedroom with 2 bed 90x190.
In the patio, you will have a parental suite with bed 140x190, Italian shower, a basin and wc all perfectly independent.
You will also have private parking for 4 cars.
Animals are accepted free of charge (if they are nice). The garden is well enclosed. In addition we have a large beach where dogs are accepted on the sand and in the water, which is very rare in France.

This villa is a fabulous find in the holiday resort of Vias plage. This is our family’s second visit. The villa has everything you could need, we took our dogs too as the villa is very secure with enclosed outside space.
The hosts Corine et Georges are friendly, leaving you to your privacy but are there if you need them.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! Our wonderful host Corine provided excellent communication throughout our visit, keeping us updated on local events and ensuring we had everything we needed. The villa itself was beautifully clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay.
There were plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained, regardless of age. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The pool table, table football, pétanque court, table tennis, dartboard, and cards provided endless fun for our group.
The outdoor area is beautiful, offering ample space to sunbathe or relax in the shade. The outdoor basin was incredible—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Inside, the villa is beautifully decorated with excellent air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout our stay.
Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens were fully supplied with every cooking appliance and utensil we could possibly need, making meal preparation a breeze.
All in all, this is the most perfect villa, situated in a fantastic location with everything you could want for an ideal holiday. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!

A beautiful villa, had everything we needed ! A few minutes drive to the beautiful beaches/shops/bars resturants! Wine tasting experience right on our door step ...we will definately be back!

Nous ne nous attendions pas à recevoir un cadeau à notre arrivée et encore moins à notre départ mais…
Nous ne nous attendions pas non plus à ce que la villa soit située dans un zoning industriel entre un ferrailleur, un garagiste et une centrale à bêton…
Je ne m’attendais pas, nageant sur le dos, à découvrir à chaque recoin de la surface vitrée surplombant la piscine, une multitude d’araignées, de toiles ainsi que de cadavres d’insectes …
Tout comme mes enfants ne s’attendaient pas plus à ce que l’espace de jeux soit dans un tel mauvais état général ( 2 fléchettes sur 8 possédant une pointe intacte, le billard hors niveau, encrassé avec seulement 2 queues utilisables à disposition sur 4, les barres du kicker manquant cruellement d’entretien, la soufflerie de l’air soft très fatiguée, etc… )
Combien coute t il donc aux propriétaires de remplacer le filet de la table de ping pong, le filet du Hamac ainsi que l’extincteur près du grill datant de 2011 ?
A combien leur reviendrait le remplacement de 6 fléchettes et de deux queues de billard ?
Que leur coute-t-il de faire l’entretien de l’air hockey ainsi que du kicker alors qu’ils perçoivent un tel loyer ?
Nous ne ferons que poser les questions mais nous pensons qu’ils ne sont plus trop attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires…
PS : nous avons bu la moitié du cadeau de bienvenue mais nous avons laissé le cadeau de départ…
