Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet mit Herd (zwei Platten), Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit TK, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine und allem fürs Selberkochen Nötigem. Ein großer Raum im unterem Bereich mit ausklappbarer Couch und Fernseher und WC sowie zwei Räume auf der oberen Etage mit Doppelbett (allerdings sehr weiche Matratze) und zwei Einzelbetten. Unterm Dach sind ggf. nochmals Schlafmöglichkeiten (allerdings ist es dort im Sommer schon sehr warm). Dusche und Waschbecken oben. Sehr nette Vermieter.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage und verfügt über individuellen Parkplatz. Zur Anlage gehören auch eine Boule-Fläche, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Ballfeld, die meist nicht übermäßig frequentiert sind.
Zum Strand läuft man ca. 5-7 Minuten, und der Amélie-Strand ist toll, sauber und von sehr engagierten Rettungsschwimmern bewacht. Amélie, ein Ortsteil von Soulac sur mer, verfügt über ein paar Restaurants in Strandnähe (empfehlenswert: Le Lamparo), ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft mit Boulangerie und ein Souvernirgeschäft. Ins Zentrum des Ortes fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très bien située , calme et fonctionnelle , parfait pour un séjour en famille. L'accueil a été chaleureux nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The house is consistent with the description and it is very nice to hear the ocean while falling a sleep. We really enjoyed our second stay at one of the family Dentos houses.

Set in a quiet shady spot on a small development very close to the beach and a couple kilometres from Soulac town, the house is big enough for a happy holiday (2 double beds) with a pleasant patio for dining barbecues etc.
shop for fresh bread and groceries is less than 5 minutes walk away.
Owner is friendly kind and helpful.
