About this house rental

This old farmhouse, completely renovated, offers a large capacity for "tribes", with access for people in wheelchairs, and a cot available. The beds are made upon arrival and the bathroom linen provided. You just have to put your bags and the holidays begin ... The house faces south, beautiful sunshine allowing you to take advantage of the 3000m² of land, the large terrace and garden furniture. You will also appreciate the calm setting, withdrawn without being isolated, offering a clear view of the forest and the mountains, a change of scenery guaranteed. As you can see, this pretty house called "La Sapinière" is the ideal place to spend a great vacation, summer and winter. Close to lakes, ponds, the surrounding forest, from the house, there are marked walks on foot, by mountain bike, snowshoes or cross-country skiing. Although located in the heart of the forest, the house is not far from the shops (1 km from the village center and 5 km from Gérardmer). Finally, in winter for ski lovers, the exceptional location of the house in the center of the 3 main Vosges resorts: GERARDMER, LA BRESSE and LE POLI, is an additional asset (access to Gérardmer slopes 8 km, La Bresse slopes 8 km and Le Poli 1 km). Also close to the Schlucht and Trois Fours ski slopes. No worries, come and recharge your batteries at "La Sapinière" while staying connected with free Wi-Fi.

We spend a long weekend here and was perfect! House was modern, very nicely decorated andvery well equipped. Position is ideal for main activities in the area, ski or cross country ski, hiking etc. We will come back! And I definitely recommend!

Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es hat alles nach unseren Wünschen funktioniert. Das Haus ist grosszügig, kinderfreundlich, an ruhiger Lage und nahe am Wald. Der See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5km entfernt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt über das Wochenende sehr genossen.

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil aux petits oignons et leur gentillesse ! C'était juste parfait ! Le gîte est propre, lumineux et très agréable à vivre; la terrasse et le terrain sont superbe, tables chaises, chaises longues, terrain de pétanque, parasols, balançoires, vu dégagée et gîte très bien situé, exposé au sud je crois, nous avons pu faire les petits déjeuners dehors, c'était génial ! Merci pour tout, nous parlerons de vous et nous reviendrons !

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus von Patrick sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Raum für eine große Gruppe im Haus und auch auf den Außenflächen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man merkt, dass die beiden sehr bemüht sind. Wir werden es uns auf jeden Fall merken und gerne wiederkommen.

We had a great week in this house. Véronique and Patrick were very helpful in tips and equipment when our father had an accident and needed to be rehabilitated after his hip surgery. The house was clean, pleasant, warm and fully equipped. The house is located close to several ski-area and walking trails. We enjoyed our holiday!

Très bon gîte, propre et fonctionnel, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. À savoir tout de même, pour ceux que cela peut déranger, que la ferme est en fait composée de deux gîtes. Chacun a son entrée indépendante et ses propres équipements (terrasse, balançoire, barbecue) mais le terrain de pétanque est commun. A part cela, tout était très bien et il y a suffisamment d’espace à l’extérieur pour que les enfants jouent à l’extérieur et que les adultes profitent bien de la terrasse ;-)

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gite. Nous étions 11 et nous avons eu largement assez de place. Le gite est décoré avec gout et il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et charmants. J'ai trouvé génial que dans le prix de la location, le chauffage soit inclus car ce n'est pas souvent le cas . Je recommande cette adresse.

Wir waren über Sylvester mit 8 Personen in diesem herrlichen Domizil. Es war mehr als genug Platz vorhanden, und auch das Inventar war optimal. 2 große Kühlschränke für Getränke und Essen waren vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympatisch. Das in der anderen Haushälfte eine andere Gruppe wohnte, merkte man nur, wenn man sich vor der Tür begegnete. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, bietet aber einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Aktivitäten. Wanderungen zum "Etang de Belbriette" und rund um den "Lac de Longemer" waren wunderbar. Im nahe gelegenen "Auberge du Lac" kann man sehr gut essen. Mit dem Auto hat man den "Col de la Schlucht" oder "Le Hohneck" schnell erreicht, auch Gerardmer mit seinen vielen Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten ist nicht weit entfernt. Nochmals vielen Dank an Véronique und Patrick für diese tolle Woche !!!

Location très propre et très bien équipée. Tout a été refait à neuf. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et répondent rapidement. Un second chalet ouvert à la location est accolé à celui-ci mais aucun risque de bruit car un escalier sépare les deux logements. Lieux très calme parfait pour se reposer.

Le chalet de Patrick est un endroit spacieux et chaleureux. Il contient toutes les installations nécessaires (même les appareils à raclette) afin de passer un bon séjour. Reculé, il est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer et pour démarrer de chouettes balades. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Tout a été parfait, le gîte est totalement conforme à la description. Il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour en famille avec des enfants en bas âge. L'accueil par les propriétaires était très chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'espace autour du gîte et la proximité de la forêt. Nous recommandons particulièrement cette location.
