About this villa rental
For family holidays or friends, in a quiet residential area, 800 meters from the beach, the market and the Diamond center.
Villa 140m2 with swimming pool, can accommodate 8 people (possible 9) 4 bedrooms is air-conditioned bedrooms 2 doubles (with 160 beds) including a suite parental upstairs with toilet and shower; 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
a second bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower + 1 toilet.
A fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher ... and an adjoining pantry (fridge and freezer, washing machine). The kitchen is open onto a lounge with TV and DVD player and free wifi.
Outside, the terrace for dining juxtaposes a hut with garden furniture.
Salt pool, secure, outdoor shower surrounded by sunbathing.
The villa is fully fenced and wooded.
Important: respect the tranquility of the estate (not festive and musical evenings).

Lovely home, well divided and great outdoor area for dining and relaxing. Small pool is just perfect and fenced for child safety. Not to far from a lovely beach.
One of best things about the trip was the home.
Less enthusiastic on Martinique, which we found, apart from beach's and nature, underwhelming for extreme scarcity of services, poor quality of food, understocked supermarkets and high prices.
Highly recommend the home but can't do the same for the Island.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de la maison. La literie est confortable, la cuisine bien fournie. Conforme aux photos, avec toutes les commodités. Quartier calme, à distance de marche de la belle plage du Diamant, on peut s'arrêter au retour à la boulangerie-pâtisserie, et au marché de fruits-légumes et autres. La propriétaire est bien disponible en cas de questions.
