For rent, nice villa spacious and charming, with beautiful terraces where you can have a drink, have your meals, hang out the sun and admire the big blue. 2 steps from the sandy beach "Les Canyerets" - Detached house (4 fronts) with lush garden, comfortable, modern and fully equipped from 2 to 6 people.
On the beautiful corniche of the Costa Brava, 10 minutes drive from Sant Feliu de Guixols to Tossa De Mar, you will find a very pretty and peaceful urbanization: ROSAMAR. It is in this idyllic urbanization that is located our beautiful holiday home 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with window, mechanical shutters, fitted wardrobes and furnished. Free WIFI. Built in the mountains (access stairs) this house is bright, functional, fully equipped and updated (renovated 2018-2019). High-end thermal fabric curtains. New quality bedding: 1 bed of 1m60x200, 1 bed of 1m40x190, 2 beds of 90cmX200: dimensions of pillows 4 pillows: 45cm x 75 cm and 2 pillows of 45 cm by 90 cm- New bathroom (walk-in shower) and towel radiator - fresh and modern decoration, electric juicer, cookware and new dishes. Flat screen TV with satellite, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Fireplace with insert and new electric radiators for your comfort in winter.
Private garage and closed. Beautiful and large terraces with open and unobstructed sea and mountain views, garden furniture and new designer lounge chairs. On the solarium terrace, outdoor shower to cool off after the beach. Our house is very close to the sea. The sandy beach of Canyerets is 150m (5 min walk from the house). Nautical club with possibility to rent a buoy for your boat. Restaurant close to the beach. Games for children and two petanque tracks in the urbanization. During the summer, supermarket open. In May, June, July, August and September, the beach bar "feet in the sand" super nice is open. Family place, friendly and relaxing at the same time.
Quality services. Complete final cleaning of the house obligatory. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels (pillowcases, duvet covers, a towel of 50cm x 100 cm and a shower towel of 60cmX110cm)

We had a wonderful time in Rosamar. A very nice View from the House and the beach was beautifull and near by. The House was great, designed with a lot of Style. We feeled very comfortable there.

La maison est très confortable et hyper bien équipée. Tout est pensé avec perfectionnisme pour rendre le séjour des vacanciers optimal. Les terrasses sont très agréables, au soleil mais avec de grands parasols si besoin et la vue tant la journée que la nuit est superbe.
La climatisation dans les chambres nous a permis de passer de bonnes nuits reposantes.
LOGEMENT que je recommande sans réserve!

Maison idéalement située à Rosamar. Accès à la plage en 3 minutes à pieds.
Nous nous sommes régalés avec nos paddles, visitant de nombreuses criques et grottes marines. La maison est très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Rien ne manque et la vue mer est magnifique.
Merci pour nos échanges et vos consignes très utiles.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Niet ver van Gerona , Barcelona, St Feliu de Guixols en Figueres, dit comfortabele huis in het plaatsje Canyet de Mar. Naar zee wandel je in 5 minuten. Er is een strandje met een cafeetje . De eigenaar is erg toegankelijk.
Wij hebben gedurende ons verblijf van 1 week erg genoten.
