Luxury residence with elevator, on the 3rd floor. Air-conditioned apartment, completely renovated in 2017 in a contemporary and chic style, quality furniture and equipment. Large bay windows, double glazing, exterior blinds and electric shutters. Living room, bedroom and bathroom with terraces.
International channels, broadband internet Private WiFi (Livebox Orange).
Apartment for 4 people maximum children included - NON-SMOKING - no DISABLED ACCESS - PETS not accepted.
This apartment is quiet. No noise pollution at night: no bar, restaurant or nightclub nearby.
Paid parking at 50 M (Commandant Lamy or Palais Stéphanie) with various packages.
Notes:
The cleaning is carefully done. Bedding and pillows protections are systematically changed at each rental.
For "Congressmen", beds are made on arrival, towels, bathrobe and final cleaning is included in the price.

This would be one of the best apartments to explore Cannes. The old town and Marche Forville are also within walking distance. We were able to stay at the apartment as if we were at our place. We will select this apartment again if we have an opportunity next time.

Sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin, sehr gepflegte Wohnung, leider die Lage war sehr laut und unruhig , vielleicht wegen Sommerferien viel Autos noch in der Nacht unterwegs mit laute Musik, und dass Wetter war extrem schmutzig! Ganz andere Cann!
