About this house rental

In the heart of the Kermorvan peninsula 400m from the superb white sand beach, and at the end of a dead end leading to the estuary, pretty wooden facing house for 5 people with terrace and private garden located within a residence of 14 small houses. Private parking space. The house, renovated in 2017, consists of a living room with an open and fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace and garden, a wc on the ground floor; upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, shower room.
Within a radius of 10 km you will find a multitude of beaches, the Abers golf course (18 holes), equestrian center, educational farm. You can practice line fishing, shore fishing, scuba diving, sailing, surfing.
This vacation rental is also the ideal starting point for hikes along the coast, and the famous GR 34
The pier for the islands of Ouessant and Molène is 1.5 km from the residence.
Many restaurants and crêperies will make you taste their specialties.
From the pancake, to the seafood platter, via the Molène sausage (seaweed sausage), all your culinary desires will be fulfilled!

Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns besonders gefallen. Ruhig gelegen mit schôner Terrasse und Baumbestand im Garten so dass man bei Hitze im Schatten Erholung finden konnte. Schön n war der Fußweg ùber die Passerelle in die Stadt wo wir alles Nôtige finden konnte. Die Tips von Quintin waren sehr gut.Erfreulich war der Cidre im Kühlschrank bei der Anreise. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Weg zum Strand war in kurzer zeit zu bewàltigen.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig, in der Nähe eines wunderschönen Strandes gelegen und ca. 20 Min. zu Fuss in das Dorf Le Conquet. Einziger Nachteil war, dass Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, und konnte uns einige Tipps geben. Die Kommunikation mit ihm lief sehr unkompliziert in Englisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

La maison est située à 300 m d'une magnifique plage. On y accède en passant à travers des mûriers pour arriver à des dunes. Agréable ballade aussi pour aller au village. La maison est très fonctionnelle avec un petit jardin, dans un calme parfait. J'espère y retourner !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette petite maison très confortable ; la localisation entre la ria, la foret et les plages à proximité est idéale.Le quartier est calme et agréable. L'accueil du propriétaire est très sympathique. Il y a de nombreuses activités à proximité (dont les balades en mer pour découvrir les dauphins de l'archipel et les phoques avec Lucky (magique) , la plongée avec le club super sympa du Conquet, le surf .. ...) La presqu’île de Kermorvan toute proche permet de faire des promenades ... la Bretagne est belle !!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen im Grünen. Zum Strand "Les Sables Blancs" sind es 10 Minuten Fußmarsch. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht: Bettdecken und Kissen, komplett ausgestattete Küche, sogar Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Kückenrollen und Klopapier waren vorhanden. Wir mussten uns nur mit Essen versorgen. Es liegt mitten im Grünen. In den Ort von Le Conquet kommt man in 15 Minuten über eine Brücke. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Spar, der nächste größere Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Häuschen würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten.

Sehr schön eingebettet in die Landschaft ist die Feriensiedlung. Das Eckhaus ist mit den zwei Doppelzimmern ideal ausgerüstet, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Dorf ist sehr sympathisch, welches wir genossen haben. Der Stand ist phänomenal. Mit einem Auto können die benachbarten Dörfer und Strände erkundet und genossen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Accueil chaleureux et breton... avec petits gâteaux et cidre ! Logement correspondant à l'offre, propreté irréprochable, aménagement adapté à 3 personnes ( mais aussi à 4). L'emplacement est très calme, silencieux et de qualité. La plage est vraiment à 5 mn et Le Conquet à 25 mn par la passerelle à pieds (sans forcer ... et selon la marée). ...Un paradis aussi pour les vélos ! Et la Bretagne est ... bretonne... pour se remplir les yeux Le seul problème... : mais quand va-t-on y revenir ? Bon séjour ! ps : pour le resto, réservez au Relais du Vieux Port 0298891591 (crustacés et service sont super)
