Individual contemporary wooden chalet, located 5 km from the slopes and on the road to the Col des Aravis.
It consists of 3 levels with:
- a ground floor opening onto the living space, WiFi connection, TV TNT SAT Canal, separate toilet, ski room;
- a mezzanine with 2 beds for 2 people and 2 beds for 1 person, a shower room (with toilet) and a balcony.
- a garden floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a bed for 2 people and an ensuite shower room and toilet.
Very comfortable with a refined decoration, nice materials fitting for a warm and cosy ambiance.
Large and harmonious living space opening onto a balcony and a large covered terrace offering an astonishing panorama of the village, the valley and the Aravis mountain range.
Deposit in cash at the time of arrival.

The manager of the property Pascale is a fantastic manager, the owners of the property that are several by the way...and they are not friendly at all or to be recommended

Nous avons passé la semaine entre noël et le jour de l’an dans ce très beau chalet
La vue est incroyable et le chalet est parfaitement équipé
Les propriétaires sont charmants et t te s bien situé proche de la clusaz
Parfait pour du temps en famille et déconnecter de tout
