We offer for rent our new 140 m² gite, labeled 'Gîte de France 4 épis',' Meublé de tourisme 4 * 'and' Tourisme et handicap ', located in Sud-Finistère, near the beaches of Baie d' Audierne.
On the ground floor: living room with wood stove, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a relaxation area, shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, shower room / WC and "games" corner

A terrace and a large enclosed garden are at your disposal.

Possibility to accommodate up to 8 people.

We had a great time at Eric's place, its so well looked after and in a lovely little secluded spot at the end of a lane which felt very relaxing. Lovely outdoor space to enjoy the sun, and very spacious rooms inside, bigger than the pictures show. We had everything we needed! Eric was such a lovely person to deal with, and the kids fell in love with the little sheep in the field next to us! Just lovely!

We stayed three days as part of a trip to Brittany with friends. Very well equipped with more than I expected. Cleanest gite I have stayed in. Very quiet and not too far to go to get provisions. Only down side was tge advertised hot tub not being available. Would definately stay there again.

This was a lovely gite, very well equipped and private. Eric was very welcoming and helpful. We loved the sheep and the hens and the enclosed garden was perfect for our small dog.Thank you for a good holiday!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Beschreibung im Internet entspricht der Realitaet. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangspunkt fuer viele Freizeitaktivitaeten und auch die taegliche Versorgung (Boulangerie. Restaurants usw.) ist mit Fahrrad oder Auto gut moeglich. Wir waren 3 Generationen im Haus und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefuehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Eric hat gut geklappt.

Ein typisch bretonisches Haus, eingerichtet mit allem was man für 7 Personen braucht. Ein schöner Garten, grosser Parkplatz. Im Haus ist es gemütlich, mit einer funktionierenden Heizung. Wir waren nur zu zweit 3 Wochen im Haus. Strände und Restaurants in 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Metzgerei, Käse/ Wein, Supermarkt mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten Entfernung. 2 Schafe grasen auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück, direkt am Garten. Fazit: ein sehr gelungener Urlaub

Superbe gite moderne et parfaitement équipé. Situé en retrait des routes, il est très calme et sans vis à vis direct. Bonne literie, cuisine moderne intégrée dans le grand salon avec cheminée (dont nous avons bien profité), canapé confortable, difficile de trouver des choses négatives :). Le jardin est aussi très agréable et les 2 poules et 2 moutons raviront petits et grands Bref bous y avons passé un excellent séjour Merci à Éric le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et sa flexibilité En résumé une excellente adresse !

Un gîte confortable, spacieux, lumineux, très bien tenu, conforme à la description du site. Les deux niveaux sont idéaux pour assurer une bonne intimité à tous. Le propriétaire est accueillant, très prévenant. L'endroit est calme, à proximité de plages magnifiques et de très beaux chemins pour la marche. Sans oublier, à deux pas, la chapelle de Languivoa, très bien restaurée, avec des vitraux contemporains réussis : elle se visite sur demande à la mairie du bourg, hors saison,

Le site donne une très bonne impression du gîte, qui se confirme dès l'arrivée. Le propriétaire est chaleureux et disponible, le gîte tout neuf arrangé avec goût, bien situé, très confortable. Nous avons dégusté les œufs frais des deux poules, apprécié les décorations de Noël, les lits confortables... Tout est parfait et donne envie de revenir.
