We had a wonderful holiday in the house. The house is very spacious and is located on a spacious plot. Nice pool and well maintained. House is equipped with all necessities. Unfortunately, there are also downsides; the wifi is very mediocre. The house is offered with air conditioning, this turns out to be only floor cooling on the ground floor and finally there are a lot of mosquitoes. So much that we were inside in the evenings. We recommend the owner to purchase professional equipment for this.Finally, among other things, the knob of the oven was defective on arrival. We reported this and a mechanic fixed the problem. We then received the invoice for this because the landlord was of the opinion that we caused this defect. This was incorrect but the landlord easily points to the general terms and conditions.

This property was beautiful. They had everything you needed. Well equipped with beautiful surroundings. Our group consisted of 4 adults, two teens and 2 under 10's. The house itself was beautiful, with great outdoor space for shade during the day and evening meals together, or simply chilling. The Pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers and shade available. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is for you. A car is a must, as no town/village in walking distance. We really could not fault this property. The ONLY downside was the mosquitos. I'm not sure if we choose a bad week, but be prepared when staying.

The house was beautiful with excellent facilities and equipment throughout. The many outside seating areas make for wonderful settings to eat or chill out. The house stayed cool in the hot weather and the pool helps with that too. There's plenty of space, more than the photos suggest, we found. Only conceivable downside is that some parts of the garden were quite bad for mosquitos.

This house does not disappoint!! If you are looking for a large family friendly villa with pool, great communal areas and al fresco dining, this is the place. We didnt eat out one night during our stay as we loved to enjoy the barbecue and kitchen at the house. The pool is beautiful, as is the whole property. There is plenty of space, we were a party of 9 and we did not get on top of each other. Sophie was very lovely and kind amd helpful with my baby and my 90 year old grandmother. 10/10 - will definitely be returning!

We (4 adults/ 4 kids) had a great week in this tasteful, lovingly and yet exceptionally equipped house in a beautiful region, that offers many possibilities for outdoor activities. Our party was a family of 6, with 4 children aged 8-12. After having been met by our landlady at Carrefour to take us to the property, our first observation was that the allready very nice pictures on the homeaway website dont capture the real beauty of this house. A labor of love of the landlady the house has a lovely interior design, made up of a mixture of Indian door frames, matching colored walls and decorations which make the house feel like a family home rather than a holiday rental. It is very roomy with a large living/dining area of about 110 sq m, a ground floor sleeping wing with 3 bedrooms and bathroom and a seperate sleeping area on the 1st floor with its own bathroom. The garden is, although surrounded by other houses, very private, with several different terrasses, a medium size pool with lighting and a pétanque court (boules are under the bbq) which was cleaned once during the rental. The house is located in a remote quiet area with neighbours which do not appreciate late evening noise. Its a 15 min car drive from les Vans centre. The perimeter of the property is not fenced. The quality of the house is a bit in contrast with the driveway leading up to the house which is shared for the first part and is a bit rough. Having said that non of this is visible when in and around the house. The house was clean and well maintained. All appliances were in good working. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and when coming back to the Ardeche would not hesitate to rent the property again.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût. Les enfants ont adoré le babyfoot, les balançoires, la piscine (même si elle était encore un peu fraîche, ce qui est normal fin avril). Nous en avons profité pour visiter la grotte de la Cocalière, faire quelques baignades dans les rivières, nous balader en forêt. La communication avec Sophie a été facile et agréable, et les enfants ont adoré sa fille, qui est venue les garder un soir. Une adresse à retenir, nous reviendrons !

Superbe maison, spacieuse, à l'abri des regards et hyper bien équipée. Tout a été pensé pour le confort des vacanciers (draps de lit, draps de bain, papier toilette, essuie-tout, condiments (plus que) de base pour la cuisine, ustensiles en suffisance, livres pour adultes et enfants, jeux, espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus avec jeux pour les enfants et piste de pétanque, BBQ, plancha, deux frigos, machine à laver, étendoir, sèche-cheveux, grands placards de rangement, diffuseurs anti-moustiques, etc... et une odeur très agréable dans toute la maison dès le hall d'entrée ;-) Nous avons eu uniquement des échanges par mail ou textos avec la propriétaire, qui s'est montrée très sympathique, accueillante, soucieuse de notre bien-être et disponible. Tous les points du règlement sont très bien expliqués et le fonctionnement des divers appareils est détaillé dans un classeur, ainsi que les bonnes adresses du coin. Nous avons découvert l'Ardèche et un lieu idéal pour y séjourner. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr! Merci Sophie pour votre professionnalisme, votre sens de l'accueil et votre souci du détail! Wir haben eine Woche im April dort verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche war sehr gut. Betten sehr bequem. Man kann wunderschön auf der überdachten Terrasse sitzen und in den tollen Garten schauen. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. 5 min Fahrt mit dem Auto nach Les Vans, wo es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons été enchantés par cette magnifique propriété. C'est un réel appel à la détente et aux bons moments entre amis. Tout a été pensé et équipé pour vous, pour que vous vous y sentiez extrêmement bien. C'est très propre, petites attentions à l'arrivée et très bon contact avec Sophie la propriétaire. Seul bémol du séjour les moustiques et les scorpions. C'est la nature aussi, nous nous en sommes accommodés bien que citadins dans l'âme. Merci pour ce fabuleux séjour, nous reviendrons !

Prachtige zeer ruime vakantiewoning met een volledige ingerichte bovenverdieping is een meerwaarde, zeer grote tuin. Enkele - puntjes, geen verwarmd zwembad, de vaatwas werkte slecht, en last v muggen gehad! Jammer dat de betaling zeer slecht verliep wegens slechte opvolging en communicatie met agentschap. Tijdens het verblijf sympathieke communicatie met eigenares.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme dans cette belle maison pleine de charme et toute équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin avec la piscine, l'espace de jeu pour les petits enfants et l'équipement extérieur avec BBQ et plancha. Nous avons passé des nuits confortables avec également le lit bébé mis à disposition. Le 2eme sallon séparé est appréciable si on souhaite s'isoler peu et la cuisine parfaitement équipée permet de préparer et profiter d'un bon repas en famille . La propriotaire était très disponible et réactive. La région est très belle et la maison située approximaté des Vans mais un peu isolee sur une colline est bien située pour rayonner en voiture dans la région.

Villa très proche des voisins en étant loin de tout ! Difficile d’accès, environnement dangereux près de la piscine et même dans la maison araignées, frelons, guêpes, scorpions, moustiques et sans aucune moustiquaire aux fenêtres, pas de climatisation générale, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle limités pour le nombre de personnes logées. Belle terrasse couverte.

We hebben genoten van onze week in deze prachtige huis. Buiten een zwembad en binnen veel ruimte en voorzien van alle gemakken. Gezellig buiten gegeten en veelvuldig de BBQ gebruikt. De contacten en ontvangst door de eigenaar liep perfect. Het is dus zeker een aanrader voor mensen die rust zoeken in een mooie omgeving! Er is ook veel te doen in de omgeving, zeker voor de sportievelingen onder ons.
