Discover this apartment for 4 people max on the 1st floor combining modern equipment and comfort of traditional wooden chalets. Take advantage of the easy access to the slopes (via the Chamois cable car, behind the church) and the heart of Megève which are 400 meters away on foot. Apartment of 45 m2 completely renovated in 2020 with every comfort - living room - open fitted kitchen with dishwasher - dining room for 4 people - bathroom with WC shower and bath - bedroom with a large double bed in a cozy style - flat screen and WiFi. With tons of natural lights, enjoy the sun from its the south-facing balcony or its garden with furniture and barbecue. The residence is fenced and has free private parking (first come first serve). Please note that the apartment is non-smoking, low allergen and animals are not allowed.

What a find this summer! This flat is perfect for anyone visiting Megeve. Walking distance to the town and 2 of the cable cars Jailett & Rochebrune, free bus ride to the D’arboir cable car. We enjoyed the Tour de France wizzing past the flat twice and a horse jumping event and jazz festival in the centre of town. 20 minute drive to St Gervais where we took a stunning tram ride up to Bellevue, also only 40 minute drive to Chamonix where we took a tram to see inside a glacier and cable car up to Brevant to see close up views of Mont Blanc. The flat is very comfortable with every kitchen implement we required and the balcony was perfect to sit on. We did have use of the garden and its furniture but did not have time to sit in it. It was incredibly hot at night and we are glad we bought an electric fan from a supermarket. A perfect holiday.

Le seul bémol la nationale beaucoup de circulation mais franchement l'appart et très bien isolé et du coup à proximité de tout. Nous reviendrons et encore merci Mr Ech.... pour votre acceuil. Top...

We spend a nice week in this cosy appartment, overviewing a nice residential area of Megeve. The location is in 2 minutes walking distance from the village square and the mail ski lift.

Location très proche du centre ville et très bien équipée.
La location est propre et bien entretenue avec pratiquement tout le nécessaire à disposition. Je recommanderai cette location à toute personne voulant se trouver à proximité du centre ville.
