Surrounded by old green walls, the house is scheduled for 4 people. It is composed of a large living room with fireplace. Spacious and bright house, high ceilings. Functional and tasteful furnishings, loft.
Open kitchen (gas mixed pole and electric cooking, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine.)
2 bedrooms (one double bedroom on the ground floor with a 140-190 double bed, walk in shower, basin. An upstairs bedroom with a double bed and basin 140-190 bathroom, bathtub, toilet) Other separate toilet on the ground floor.
Facilities: washing machine, iron and ironing board. books and magazines. digital TV, radio, CD player, DVD. Wifi connection.
Planted courtyard, bicycle storage. barbecue, deck chairs, table and chairs.
Citadel of Saint-Martin 10 min. by car. Sandy beach 1.5 km.
Excellent location, quiet, 5 min. walk from the old port and the medieval market of La Flotte.

The location is just heaven. The house is perfect. We rented bikes probably would have gone with electric if boys were older. Advise you to get bread from the bakery and not the market in La Flotte as there was alot of flies around. We rented a car and went to Puy du Fou theme park and visited the Aquarium in La Rochelle. We had friends staying in La Maraises camping which was only a 6 minute cycle for us 20 minute walk. I loved this holiday so much it was perfect but we went in June I think it would be abit crowded during the summer months.

Stayed here 4 or 5 times before and will be back !

Really nice property and great for both of us, easy walk into the center and we even managed to park our car on the drive (Nissan Juke). Sorry to leave.

Lovely house with loads of character and really well equipped. Walking distance to shops , bars and restaurants. La Flotte is so sweet . After seeing the rest of Island a great place to stay . We got the lay of the land really quickly and the island is the most bike friendly place I think I have ever been . Fantastic tracks and quirky routes through the salt marshes and always somewhere great to stop for lunch , coffee etc. Would definitely come back again
