The interior looks a little tired, but everything works, it’s clean, and there are no unpleasant smells. You could try getting by without a car, but it would be difficult.

I suspect it may undergo a major renovation in the near future. If there are three of you, bear in mind that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

Ci è piaciuto il rapporto qualità prezzo, la struttura che è di nuova costruzione e ben tenuta, le zanzariere a tutte le finestre e balconi, i climatizzatori e le TV in tutte e due le stanze, la posizione che ritengo strategica per muoversi con l'auto, 10 minuti per arrivare a Rodi città, ci è piaciuta la presenza di tutti gli accessori utili ben tenuti, praticamente nuovi. Inoltre il proprietario è stato ultra gentili, infatti avendo dimenticato le chiavi personali nella cassaforte ed avendo già restituito l'auto al rent & car, li abbiamo contattati chiedendo la cortesia di portarcele in aereoporto. Il proprietario, senza alcuna esitazioni ha risposto che sarebbe partito immediatamente con il suo scooter per portarcele... ha fatto un viaggio sotto al sole di 50 minuti tra andata e ritorno per portarci le chiavi. Fantastico

nulla, non ho alcuna segnalazione negativa da fare. le aspettative sono state rispettate ed anzi sono state ben oltre quanto pensavamo di trovare

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It was super clean, the beds where very comfortable. The location is also excellent. It's a quiet neighborhood, yet close to Rhodes Town and all sorts of beautiful beaches and sights. There were several supermarkets nearby.

There was nothing we didn't like :-)
