Acogedor estudio junto a pista

Maica es una chica super agradable, que estuvo pendiente de mi llegada un siendo pasada la media noche, se mostró disponible y atenta para cualquier consulta, y nos ofreció recomendaciones para visitar los alrededores de Sierra Nevada. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

El apartamento de alquiler estaba impecable en todos los aspectos, con cada detalle cuidado a la perfección. Además, la propietaria brindó una atención excepcional, siempre atenta y dispuesta a hacer que la estancia fuera aún más placentera. ¡Una experiencia inmejorable!

Estaba todo ideal, no hay nada que no me gustara

It was good for the price. Nothing amazing, but a good cheap place to stay if you want to stay in Sierra Nevada. Everything (except a few dishes) was clean when we arrived and everything was ready for us, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, bathrobes…

Although the property was nice, the host was horrible. She made the whole experience quite unpleasant because of how she treated us and how unprofessional and rude she was. As a professional, she must set her emotions aside when dealing with customers. SHE made us pick up the keys at 80km from the apartment, and although because of the circumstances it was hard for us we still went to pick them up. After this, she has on our last day that we’re staying, while I’m trying to organise our trip back to the city (with a few issues on our end) THE AUDACITY, to call me and start very inappopriately and unprofessionaly yelling at me that we need to stop changing our plans and that we’re ruining her day because we “keep changing our plans” for checkout. And yes, it was nice, she let us check out whenever we wanted but she rubbed this on my face ok the call saying that “everyone else lets people check out max at 12” and that I should be grateful. Moreover she told me she had never in 10 years had problems like she had with us, she made me feel terrible. She however, didn’t understand my text messages as I never stated a concrete plan or hour for checkout and was still trying to figure things out. Moral of the story is: the hostess still has to learn how to professionaly treat her guests and remember that WE are giving her money. She made me stress out a lot on that day and was also quite unpleasant when she arrived. There is a bare minimum of respect expected when staying somewhere and this was not given to us. For this reason I must say our experience wasn’t the best.
