Apartment 62 m² (54 m² Carrez) on 2 levels. 2nd and last floor in a beautiful 19th century house divided into apartments. "Cathedral" ceiling, exposed beams, bull's eye, window and interior shutters.
Level 1: living room with kitchen / dining area, bedroom with cupboards and wardrobes (140 cm bed), bathroom with cupboard and cupboards.
Level 2: Japanese staircase to mezzanine. Office space + 2 sleeping spaces (140 or 2x70 bed).
Very well equipped: 4-burner induction hob, oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, TV ...
Ground floor: small room for stroller, parasol, beach chairs, small "bodyboard" or "morey" board, excluding large surfboards and windsurfers.
All shops, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bicycle rental, pharmacy, casino etc ... within a radius of 300 m. A large area 3 minutes by car.
And only the ledge to cross to access the beautiful and chic Pontaillac beach!

appartement atypique mais parfait pour une famille de 3 ou 4 personnes. tout le confort et le nécessaire pour des vacances idéales.
parfaitement situé, à quelques mètres de la plage de pontaillac.
les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles à tous moments si besoin.
