T4 apartment very well equipped occupying the entire 2nd and last floor in a charming residence guarded facing the sea. Closed garage. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms, 2 with a 140 cm bed and the third with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed (possibility of a cot) Living-dining room opening onto a large 35 m2 terrace with superb sea view. Beach at 200 m, marina at 150 m, mini-market at 100 m (open from May 1 to September 30) numerous restaurants on the port

Great place to stay with good restaurants nearbt, an amazing terrace and nearby to the local beach! Missing some basic necessities such a garbage bags, sponge for cleaning dishes and only 2 toilet rolls provided for 6 people for 4 days. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The patio was well equipped and has the most amazing view! The location was so ideal we never took our car out of the garage. We loved having a store right downstairs with very hospitable staff. We would love to return.

Quiet location, 3 minutes from nice beach. Beautiful views from the terrace. Comfortable apartment, well appointed. All cushions need refreshing, outdoors and indoors. Suggest a small car because indoors parking space is challenging. Also note that from the garage to the apartment there are a total of 80 steps (broken up with flat areas). Helps burn the calories from drinking wine and eating cheese!

Super zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat eine super Ausstattung (sogar Stranduntensilien). Das beste, die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Auch mit Kindern super. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Même si la météo était exceptionnellement mauvaise, nous avons apprécié l'appartement qui est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La superbe terrasse permet de profiter de la vue mer ... quand il fait beau !

Wir, Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Teenager, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse ist großzügig und der Blick auf die Bucht wunderbar. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Hausverwalterin hat sogar extra auf uns gewartet, nachdem wir wegen einer Autopanne erst gegen 21.30 Uhr ankamen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons été emballés par cette location, rien ne manque, la déco , l'abondance du matériel à disposition, la propreté, le confort. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Je recommande cette location à des familles.Handicapés, s'abstenir car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. D'autre part, les chats peuvent s'enfuir par les toits. Les miens ne l'ont pas fait, mais je devais rester vigilante.
