La Perla dell' Alta Via Holiday Home is surrounded by a fragrant garden of roses and rhododendrons and a grove of conifers and chestnut trees.
In the lawn you will find the wood-fired barbecue with gazebo for cooking and eating outdoors and other areas equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs and deckchairs for sunbathing are located almost everywhere. The apartment is furnished in rustic style, consisting of 2 rooms: bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet with built-in bidet. A few hundred meters from the house you will find paths and trekking routes. The area where we are located is in the municipality of Borzonasca, near the Aveto Park where there are numerous routes and places of natural, geological and cultural interest.
The sea is only 24 km away. Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Portofino and even the 5 Terre are easily reachable both by car and public transport.
Genoa and its famous aquarium are just over an hour away.
