Located 500m from Lake Sanguinet and bike paths. Close to the marina, sports and cultural spaces.
The ocean is 20km: vast sandy beaches of Biscarrosse Plage, Gironde beaches, Arcachon and the Dune of Pyla. These sites offer sports: surfing, kite, paddle, sailing, windsurfing, paragliding, practice gliding, first flights and skydiving (Airfield Biscarrosse and Gujan Mestras), plane tourism.
Lake Sanguinet allows swimming and water Fresh water sports including sailing, jet skiing, kite surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, motor boat ride, fishing. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété d’André et Hélène qui sont aux petits soins avec leurs locataires. L’occasion pour nous de découvrir une belle région tout en profitant de la maison et de la piscine pour nous ressourcer en admirant les fleurs du jardin.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique idéal pour famille avec ou sans enfants: piscine entourée d arbres fruitiers et de fleurs. Superbe jardin nous avons été émerveillé par ce lieu sans aucun vis à vis où règne un calme impressionnant. Nous remercions les propriétaires Mr et Mme DELLART pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse sans oublier leur disponibilité.
Nous vous recommandons cette magnifique maison très fonctionnelle.

Nous avons passé des bonnes vacances, coin très agréable à visiter surtout le musée du lac. Chaleureux accueil des gérants de la maison, très gentils très à l'écoute. À recommander vivement !

Cette maison est conçue pour y vivre en hiver. Les pièces-vérandas à grandes baies vitrées sans stores sont une fournaise et invivables, même la nuit, de même que les pièces à l'étage sous les toits (impossible d'y regarder la télévision tant on y étouffe). Une seule pièce est climatisée : le salon au RDC.
En hiver, la maison doit être très agréable.
Ceci dit, nous nous y sommes adaptés et le séjour s'est assez bien passé.
