About this apartment rental
We rent, in annex of our house, a pretty comfortable studio with parking, independent entrance and terrace
Our house is located in the heart of the pine forest. You will be able to benefit from our garden, a raised, flowered, and animated garden, with some duck on a small stretch of water.
The town of Soustons and all its amenities is around 5 km away, it is essential to have a car. It is nevertheless possible to do everything by bike for the more athletic, access to Soustons is by a departmental little frequented in the shade of the pines and from Soustons you will find km of cycle paths!
This accommodation is ideal for 2 people
It has a sleeping area with a 140 cm bed, a convertible sofa, an equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, extractor, microwave oven).
We are 15 minutes from the beaches of Soustons and Vieux Boucau, 30 minutes from Bayonne and 45 minutes from Biarritz.
We provide bed and bathroom linen.
The cleaning remains the responsibility of the vacationers.

En rien déçus de notre choix. Cadre idyllique, propriétaires très agréables et attentionnés. Gîtes bien situé, à proximité des sites touristiques mais à l'écart de leurs inconvénients.

J'ai passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce charmant studio au beau milieu de la forêt. Le petit ponton aménagé par les propriétaires est l'idéal pour se relaxer sur les transats. J'ai apprécié la proximité avec l'océan, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. L'ambiance "petit village" à Soustons m'a également enchanté. De nombreuses balades sont possibles aux alentours, notamment les grands étangs et marais. Les propriétaires Muriel et Jean-Christophe sont discrets et disponibles si nécessaire. J'espère revenir l'année prochaine !
