Lovely Loctudy

The property was as advertised, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and leads onto the beautiful garden where you can pick your own strawberries if the magpies haven't got there first. The quiet sandy beach of Lodonnec is less than five minutes walk away. The owner of the property couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and I have no reservations in recommending the house if you are after peace and quiet.

The property was just as described on the website, utterly beautiful! We visited in September, and were so very lucky with the weather. During our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the lovely, quiet, local beach, infact we often had the beach to ourselves! Annie, and her husband Philippe have clearly invested a lot of time, thought and love into their lovely property and made us feel very welcome. Thankyou! The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. A real home from home! We visited the Creperie, just 5 minutes walk away and enjoyed brunch and delicious coffee. There are lots lovely places to explore in the area and we would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We would return...in a heartbeat!

This is a total gem! Set in a lovely rural location, very close to the sea - you really do feel you're getting away from it all. The house is extremely well-equipped, has a great garden & shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. As well as the local village of Loctudy there is also the beautiful, historic town of Pont l'Abbé nearby. A huge selection of lovely restaurants to choose from in Loctudy, Pont l'Abbé, and the nearby towns of Sainte Marine and Benodet. The lovely long sandy beach is just a short stroll away. The property was exactly as described on the web-site & very well-maintained and the owner is really lovely & was available to answer any questions. This truly is a home from home. We'll be back!

wir bedanken uns für die wunderbaren 2 Wochen bei Annie und Philippe - das Haus ist ein echtes Schmuckstück, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Ein richtiger Ort zum Wohlfühlen: liebevoll dekorierte Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten, ein großzügiges Wohn- und Eßzimmer und eine helle, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Garten mit der Holzterrasse ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, man hört in den oberen Zimmern sogar die Wellen rauschen und hat die Auswahl zwischen den schönsten Stränden in unmittelbarer Nähe - nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß! Der ideale Platz für einen entspannten Familienurlaub, absolut empfehlenswert. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Annie für die guten Tipps und an Philippe für den Ausflug! Hoffentlich bis bald mal wieder in Loctudy

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für unsere 7 Personen. Großer gepflegter Garten, der auch unseren Kindern Platz zum Spielen bot. Küche top ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr und Utensilien. Es fehlt an nichts und in 3 Gehminuten spaziert man am schönen Strand. Annie war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und wir können diesen wunderschönen Ort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Une très belle maison avec suffisamment d'espace pour nos 7 personnes. Grand jardin bien entretenu, qui a également donné à nos enfants un espace de jeu. Cuisine bien équipée avec suffisamment de vaisselle et ustensiles. Rien ne manque et vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la belle plage en 3 minutes. Annie était un hôte très sympathique et nous pouvons recommander sans réserve ce bel endroit.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, au calme, à proximité de la plage. Le jardin, bien entretenu et charmant nous a offert des moments de calme pour lire, jouer et prendre les repas sur la terrasse. Les chambres sont très confortables, le salon et la cuisine également. La maison est joliment décorée. Nous y avons passé une semaine fort agréable en famille et Annie nous a très bien reçus.

Das Haus ist wunderbar, die durch die Bilder geweckten Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Der Garten ist eine Augenweide. Es gab so viele schöne und liebevoll gestaltete Dinge sowohl draußen als auch drinnen zu entdecken. Auch haben wir die Lage des Hauses sehr geschätzt, absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, dennoch nur 10 Minuten zum Strand. Die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet, wir haben viel gekocht und nie etwas an Equipment vermisst. Und Annie und Philipp sind außerordentlich aufmerksame Gastgeber. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, alles war einfach nur perfekt! Der Garten ist ein Traum, sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen Hauswirtschaftsraum, in den man auch Koffer usw lagern kann. Das Schlafzimmer im EG hat ein eigenes Bad, für die drei Zimmer im OG gibt es ebenfalls ein Bad. Zusätzlich in jeder Etage ein WC. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und im schönen Stil der Bretagne eingerichtet. In nächster Umgebung befinden sich verschiedene Badestrände, für die Steilküste muss man ca. eine Stunde mit dem Auto fahren. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es jedoch genug zu entdecken. Der Garten ist relativ gut eingezäunt, für Hundebesitzer ideal! Es gab keine Probleme während unseres Aufenthalts. Dankeschön an die freundlichen Vermieter Annie und Philippe,

Wir waren total begeistert, von Haus und Garten! Das Haus strahlt eine Liebe zum Detail aus, ist sehr hell und wirklich liebevollst eingerichtet! Auch der Garten ist ein richtiges Schmuckstück! Nicht überladen, viel Platz, auch auf der Terrasse, alles sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen, mehrere Strände waren in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est vraiment spacieuse, confortable, très propre et très bien équipée. La propriétaire est disponible. La maison est très bien située. Le jardin est magnifique et il y a beaucoup de jouets pour les enfants. Une très belle plage est accessible à pied en 5 minutes. La région est magnifique et Loctudy est bien situé pour faire des excursions à la journée. Un grand merci !

Wir haben 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Loctudy, einem authentischen, nicht touristisch überlaufenen Fischerort im Finistère verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir den großen Garten mit alten Bäumen und die sehr geschmackvolle Deko des Hauses mit schönen Bildern und kleinen maritimen Details. Besonders nett sind auch die Vermieter Annie und Philippe, die uns am Ankunftstag mit einem Willkommensgeschenk ( Wein und Schokolade) überraschten. Wir danken Annie und Philippe für die schöne Zeit in ihrem Haus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nous avons pu passer 2 semaines de vacances dans cette belle maison de vacances à Loctudy, un village de pêcheurs authentique, non touristique et surpeuplé du Finistère. La maison est très bien entretenue, super propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand jardin aux arbres anciens et la décoration très soignée de la maison avec de belles peintures et de petits détails maritimes. Particulièrement sympathiques sont aussi les propriétaires Annie et Philippe, qui nous ont surpris le jour de l'arrivée avec un cadeau de bienvenue (vin et chocolat). Nous remercions Annie et Philippe pour le bon temps passé dans leur maison et pouvons le recommander sans réservation.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach in seiner Ausstattung und Lage voll unseren Erwartungen. Zur Lage: Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der kleine, ruhige Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Für Besorgungen (Bäcker, Supermarkt) ist allerdings das Auto notwendig. Zur Ausstattung des Hauses: Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, für die Wäschepflege war alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und der schöne und gepflegte Garten mit Terrasse und diversen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (8 Personen) dort und hatten nie das Gefühl, dass es eng wurde. Ganz im Gegenteil, jeder konnte seinen Platz finden. Annie und Philippe sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht sind. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Une très jolie villa de bord de mer ,entièrement décorée par sa propriétaire ,Annie ,dans un joli mélange de moderne et d'ancien ,dans des teintes douces et d'une propreté irréprochable. Cette belle maison est entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse, très agréable et réussi. Plilippe nous a conseillé sur toutes les jolies ballades à proximité. Nous avons passé un week-end super et nous recommandons cette adresse.

Perfekt !

Für 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Jugendlichen war das Ferienhaus mit Garten und 400 m Entfernung zum Strand perfekt. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts und bei Problemen waren die Vermieter 24/7 zu erreichen und haben sich gekümmert. Beide sprechen auch Englisch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Trotz der langen Anfahrt > 1200 km kommen wir wieder !
