About this farm stay rental
Located in Quintal, at the foot of the Semnoz, near Lake Annecy, this holiday cottage for 2 to 4 people with heated indoor pool, is part of an old renovated farm, part of which is
inhabited by the owners.
The vision of the pool from the living room of the cottage is a delight every moment.
The holiday cottage has an area of 70 m²
Ground floor:
* Living room including: (opens by a French window onto the heated indoor pool)
* An open kitchen fully equipped with: fridge, oven, microwave, hob
4 gas burners, dishwasher, extractor hood and everything you need for cooking.
* A dining area
* A lounge area with sofa, TV, DVD, radio.
* Private indoor pool, heated and secured by a lockable door. Dimensions 7.5m X
3.5m.
First floor :
* Bedroom 1: a double king size bed 2x90 cm, storage.
* Shower room: Italian shower, basin, WC, towel dryer, hair dryer.
Outdoors :
* Closed courtyard of approximately 90 m² including a terrace part of approximately 20 m² in front of the holiday cottage * Parking for one car in the courtyard.
* Storage for bikes and sports equipment.
To note :
* Cot and high chair available on request.
* The owners live on site, in another, independent part of the farm.
* The pool is secured by a lockable door on the pool side and opened by the owner of
10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The cottage is located in Quintal at the foot of the Semnoz at 720 m above sea level on the Route des Bauges, less than
10 km from Annecy and Lake Annecy, approximately 30 km from Bourget Lake in Aix les Bains and 40 km from
Geneva (Switzerland) and Lake Geneva.
Its position is ideal for touring the entire region or skiing with the family in the Semnoz resort
less than 20 minutes by car (snow equipment mandatory in winter).
Summer and winter: hiking in the Semnoz by mountain bike, on foot, on snowshoes are at the door of the cottage
vacation.
In summer, the proximity of three lakes allows you to enjoy nautical a la carte joys without getting tired.
In winter, the Semnoz is a real playground on snow: Nordic skiing, downhill skiing, SnowKite,
toboggan run, snowshoeing and more ...
