In the mountains 15 km from Gérardmer "Festival fantastique de Gérardmer".

The cottage, OPEN ALL YEAR, nestles in a green setting, surrounded by fir trees, 1 km 300 from the main track at an altitude of 572 m with views of the valley.

The owner's house is 18 meters apart, separated by a lawn area and a vegetable patch.

Private asphalt parking is reserved for customers.

The upper floor opens onto a large living room separated by a bar, from where you can see the valley.

The place directly calls for a quiet walk in the forest and at the same time the gîte is close to the Vosges ski resorts "la Mauselaine" in Gérardmer (15 km) and "la Bresse-Hohneck" (25 km). The shops are close to the gîte (list available: bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.).

"La route du Mourot" is salty from the first frost and plowed twice a day in the event of heavy snowfall.

Equipment:
two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds, a convertible sofa (for one person), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television with USB port.

The house has been completely redesigned, restored in 2016/2017 and has VMC, walk-in showers, a bicycle or ski room (locked) is available to customers. There is also a room for selective sorting (recycling: cartons - glass bottles and various packaging). Spring water is drinkable.

A security deposit in the amount of € 150 will be requested upon arrival, and returned upon departure minus any damage.

Another 4% gite. in the same spirit is located on the ground floor with sunny terrace (to the south) with lawn area. Possibility to rent the set for family holidays or in groups of 8 people.
