Located in a pretty hamlet in the town of Salavas 7 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, the cottage Les Lauriers Roses classified 3 * is an independent rental of 32m2 located on the ground floor of our house but we are discreet and respect your privacy. The house partly stone, typical of the country is surrounded by 900m2 of wooded and verdant grounds where lavender, olive trees, rosemary ... grow under the cicadas singing in July and August. No vis à vis neighbors. Free parking at the foot of housing. Smoking outside. For your comfort, linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) as well as some cleaning products and current products for your arrival (salt, oil, pepper, salt ...)
Optional air conditioning optional on site (5 € / night). Capacity of 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child over 9 years old. Composition kitchen open to living room equipped with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and 6 terraces just for you who follow the sun, equipped with garden furniture, 2 showers and a 2mx2m SPA in pool mode from June to September heated to approx 29 °. Free Wi-Fi, Big Screen TV, Gas BBQ, Oven and Microwave, Induction hob, Extractor hood, Large fridge / freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Classic coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. The window of your room is on the ground floor and overlooks a closed terrace overlooking the jacuzzi. Common laundry of 20 m2 with private washing machine at the cottage, dryer, ironing equipment and storage. Bike storage. Cooler, board games and books available in the cottage. Free boules ground at the bottom of the village. Rental of the cottage only at the week of July and August from Sunday to Sunday.
The cottage located in the heights of Salavas is 20 minutes walk from the center of Vallon Pont'Arc and 15 minutes walk from the River. Pretty hamlet composed of residential houses and holidays, calm and resting place while being a living place of vacation and very pleasant, thus accept according to season the joy of the holiday makers in the neighboring swimming pools and the singing of the birds and cicadas very present in July and in August. the cottage will seduce you with its very typical setting of the country, with its stones, its boxwood and essences of the South, sported with olive trees and Roses.
Less than 1km from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, 7 km from Grotte Chauvet 2, near the gorges of the Ardèche for Canoe (accessible on foot) and the famous Pont d'Arc, not far from on one side the Païolive wood, Joyeuses, Largentière, Ruoms, Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogué and on the other side the cascade of Sautadet, the Bastide de Virac, Barjac, the Aven d'Orgnac .... you will appreciate the pleasure of the full nature and the discovery of our local gastronomy (abomasum, goat cheese, sausage ...) and our vineyards. Being jury in the wines I will be delighted to advise you. Possibility of borrowing the GR4 from the cottage. Departure of hikes and guided tours at the bottom of the village
