Wooden floor, bathroom with shower, independent toilet, bedroom with a 160x200 bed, large sofa bed in the very comfortable living room, tv, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, equipped kitchen, coffee maker , closed terrace with table and chairs Very quiet residence, 2 storeys. Calm neighborhood.
